My thinking it is a combination of several techniques (2 or 3 components). But it mainly worked from the Earth/ground and up, RF-cycle electrified ground, Oled effect archived when in combination with maser, laser type of tech.

I am not against empirical (real) science (that is not scientism); I am against how them psychopaths gets hold of that fire and how they sway that sword (your actions defines who you are, what fruit you bear. And that can be a long and winding stem of a road. /= the sum of all of your actions.)
The CA fires are typical of the fires in CA for the past 70 years. There is no evidence that exotic weapons are the cause.
Its very difficult to totally burn a tree unless it is half dead. Trees are very resistant to total fire destruction.
