Occupy Phoenix Uses Militia to End Police Abuse

American Militia Needed for Wall Street and Washington D.C.

The police are suppressing dissent. They are acting in a manner typical of a police state. They have proven themselves supporters of totalitarian government willing to suppress changes needed by society to ensure the rule of law encompasses justice. They have shown they have no respect for the U.S. Constitution, but only seek to beat and falsely charge protesters with crimes to hide their own criminality. Such systematic attacks, false charges and wrongful prosecutions by police warrant an uprising and would justify violent resistance in which death could likely result.

Americans need to remember their history and realize the police are tools of oppression and are the same agency that shot and killed protesters on behalf of industrialists during the union movement in this country.

I am calling for militia members to be deployed with semi-automatic assault rifles to protect protesters from police who serve bankers, the political elite and a corrupt justice system that refuses to prosecute officers who commit perjury, torture, false imprisonment and murder. This current system seeks to protect its criminality by placing its boot on the face of humanity and stomping the American citizens’ faces forever.

If peoples’ lives and limbs are placed in jeopardy, citizens are within their rights to use deadly force. If criminal police are going to torture, maim and kill, falsely arrest and imprison, they ought to have their brains blown out. The people then need to find the patriots innocent for charges stemming from the resistance of tyranny and then police would start thinking twice before engaging in tyranny. Citizens as members of jurys can find their fellow citizens innocent of crimes even if a judge commands them to find one guilty. A juror has no restrictions on his vote and merely has to decide the state has not made its case.

There is only one way to avoid violence and that is through a non-violent revolution of ideas. It will be the state that will be the first to resort to violence as lies need the support of violence by thousands of police while the truth can stand on its own.  Americans need to understand that tyranny is an act of criminality that is caused by the government waging war against the U.S. Constitution and the American people who claim their rights under it. Under such instances the people need to understand that either they will protect their freedom by protecting their fellow citizens through the power of the jury or it is likely that war will result.  The Constitution is the law that binds government.  A government that does not abide by the Constitution is a lawless government that enslaves the people.

It is people who form a line that creates the boundary the government can not cross that establishes the extent of our liberty. It is always the government that resorts to its monopoly on the use of violence that leads to oppression and eventual revolt.

We can beat the banks and the politicians engaging in constant war and bailing out banks by destroying the Federal Reserve. Ron Paul seeks to destroy the Federal Reserve. He seeks to destroy its unconstitutional enforcement agents working in the IRS. He seeks to bolster individual liberty by appointing federal prosecutors and Supreme Court justices who will defend personal liberty. By voting for status quo politicians people vote for their own enslavement and the resulting tyranny and oppression.  When has a Washington politician [rovided liberty?  Since the creation of the Federal Reserve we have seen a rapid erosion of our liberty and the massive expansion of the police state.

Personally, I would like to see how tough these cops are when there are citizens deployed with automatic rifles. I bet they would not be so eager to brutalize and attack people then. I hope the government does kick off a revolution. Sooner or later the people will have to choose sides.  We have now seen the police are cowards when facing armed militia with assault rifles.

We can take our country back from criminals. The fact that Kenneth Holder has refused to prosecute the major banks for their fraud against the American people should tell you that the Attorney General is in the pockets of the big banks. Take in accout Holder’s hiding of the FBI murder of Kenneth Trentadue, the lying about Operation Fast and Furious and one can see why he is the Attotnet General -because he lies for government.  Americans should see that the three branches of government have aligned against the American people while also fostering private tyrannies through corporatism. Government has allowed these institutions to act outside the scope of law and become additional agents of oppression by allowing these entities to commit gross acts of criminality that furthers their profiteering illegalities.

We are nearing a tipping point. Police will have to decide if they will stand with the people or the bankers and their fascist system of oppression and economic enslavement. People will have to decide if America will be free and if the tree of liberty will be watered.  Americans need to remember that it is those who make peaceful change impossible that make violent revolution inevitable. Accordingly, the deaths that occur from any uprising will be the responsibility of those police and a truly criminal justice system that engages in systematic and pervasive tyranny and oppression not unlike that of the former Soviet Union and Nazi Germany.

I call on American patriots to defend their fellow citizens and form a line to establish the limits tyranny against the peoples’ liberty. It is a line the government shoiuld be informed it ought not cross at the risk of establishing open war between the people and their liberty on one hand and the oppression of a fascist corporatist state that seeks to enslave and oppress the people.

It has been questionably attributed to Thomas Jefferson having warned the American people, “If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.” While this quote is questioned as having been Jefferson’s, there is no contention regarding him having said, “The will of the people is the only legitimate foundation of government, and to protect its free expression should be our first object.”

That the government has declared war on the American people, their liberty and the U.S. Constitution itself ought to call attention to the need for the people to defend themselves. The government’s war upon Americans’ liberty, prosperity and property has been ongoing and incresingly abusive. When the people recognize their duty to liberty, they will rightly recognize that whatever blood gets spilled will be in defense of the republic, the people and the U.S. Constitution.

It is not the government or the army that provides liberty. It is the people whose blood gets spilled in defense of our nation. The government, a fictitious entity run by ruling elites, never loses a single drop of blood, nor does it seek to ensure the people remain free.

Our founding fathers stated that, “Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.

The American people, at least those paying attention, have reached the point where they have been pushed past patient sufference as their wealth and liberty have been stolen and they have been made the victims of widespead, systematic and heinous tyrannies. Accordingly, ” it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.

So, the government is being placed on notice. The ball is in their court. How they respond will determine if they will submit to the will of the people or if they will declare war against the people. Our corrupt justice system needs to remember that it is the consent of the people upon which the only legitimate foundation for for government can rest. Patriots need to remember that it is the government that has become criminal. Acts of violence can usually be attributed to justified defense.
