The Constitutional Conservative Declaration of Independence

This document is the first rough draft of “The Constitutional Conservative Declaration of Independence.”  It is patterned after the original Declaration of Independence.  Frank Robert “Bob” Serrao has written a paraphrase of the original Declaration of Independence.  He has prepared and published a booklet titled We The People: The DECLARATION & CONSTITUTION Paraphrased In Today’s English.  I have taken Bob Serrao’s paraphrased Declaration of Independence and revised it into The Constitutional Conservative Declaration of Independence.  You may purchase a copy of Serrao’s booklet by using PayPal (www.intodaysenglish.com) or mail checks payable to Fathers Heart Publications, P.O. This first rough draft of The Constitutional Conservative Declaration of Independence will go through numerous iterations as we receive suggested changes, additions, deletions, corrections, and revisions from any American.  We invite everyone to provide suggested changes and revisions to me at [email protected].  The original Declaration of Independence had 56 signers.  Therefore, after myself, I am looking for 55 other signers of this Declaration.  I am seeking totally dedicated patriots to be the original signers of this Constitutional Conservative Declaration of Independence.

I am looking for people like Bob Aillery, Art Boice, Dr. Lloyd Booth, Shane Borgess, Tony Caputo, Effie Faola Dickson, Jean Edens, Mark Ferri, Stan Granger, Rodney Inefuku, Wally Jacobson, Tom King, Lloyd Marcus, Linda Mihalic, Tony Newbill, Jean Owen, Coach Terry Plunkett, Arnie Rosner, Bob Serrao, Michael Sherbourne, Tom States, Lt. Gen. Paul Vallely (USA, Ret.), Gary Waits, and Elaine Willingham.  Those of you who express your desire in writing to me to be one of the original 56 signers will have your slot saved until publication.  First come; first served.

I am also looking for original signers from the heads of all of the “save the United States” political action organizations such as American Family Association (AFA), American Grand Jury (AGJ), Contract from America, Faith & Freedom Coalition, Freedom Watch, Grassfire Nation, Liberty Force, Online Tax Revolt, National Right to Work Committee, Stand Up America (SUA), The Patriot Depot, United States Justice Foundation (USJF), Vision to America, and The Conservative Caucus.  Furthermore, I am looking for original signers to be conservative talk show hosts (e.g., Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, et al., heads of Taxed Enough Already (TEA) parties, patriotic writers of note such as Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter, et al., and politicians such as Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, and Jim DeMint.

If Barack Obama wins a second term on November 6, 2012, and the liberals, progressives, socialists, statists, and Democrats maintain control of the legislative branch of government, then The Constitutional Conservative Declaration of Independence will be implemented across the United States.  After the January 2013 State of the Union Address, a Constitutional Convention of the Red States will be held on February 21-23, 2013, in San Diego, California, to declare our independence from the clutches of the Obama Government.

IN CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION, February 23, 2013

The unanimous Declaration of the Red States majority of the United States of America.

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for the people of a country to sever political ties with its government and to establish a new and equally sovereign republican government that best represents their personal values, preferences, and convictions, which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God grant them, a respect for the opinion of others requires that they should fully declare the reasons which move them toward that separation.

We (the people) hold these truths to be self-evident—that all men are created equal and graciously gifted by their Creator with inseparable rights.  Among these rights include the right to live, the right to live in freedom, and the right to pursue happiness.  Now, in order to secure these rights, the people establish and empower centralized governments, which derive power from the people it governs.

However, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these objectives, it is the right of the people to either reform the government with original design and intent or dismantle that government and establish a new government on a foundation of principles, values, and policies that to them are stable enough to support the promise of their safety and happiness.

Truly, it is wise to remember that long-established governments should not be reformed for trivial reasons or passing trends.  Frankly, experience has taught us that human nature is somewhat tolerant of abuse—abuse to a point—and the people tend to endure bad government rather than to rise up and reform it.  People would rather deal with the pain of oppression rather than to regain their political equilibrium and destroy abusive government.  Furthermore, when big government oversteps its boundaries with insulting disrespect (injuries) and overstepping bullish authority (usurpations) resembling an absolute Despotism that subjects them to tyranny, it is their right—it is their duty—to declare independence from such government and establish new leaders—Guardians—for their future security.  These United States have been experiencing this very thing; and for these reasons, they are faced with the need to change their former systems of Government.

For the record: The current President of the United States (POTUS) of America has a standing track record of executive aggression and bullish authority—all designed for the purpose of establishing an absolute tyranny over these United States.  We publish and distribute the following facts as indisputable proof to a reasonable world:

He repeatedly blocks due passage (Assent to Laws) of needed legislation that, if passed, would certainly benefit the whole community.  Instead, with an errant Congress and Senate, he excludes contributions and amendments from the loyal opposition Grand Old Party (GOP) and ramrods the passage of legislation such as the Obamacare bill (costing 1/6^thof the entire national budget) without anyone reading it, applying arm-twisting Chicago-style tactics behind closed doors, bribing legislators with taxpayers’ money for their votes (the Cornhusker Kickback and the Louisiana Purchase), and sneaking the voting on the legislation during the wee hours of Sunday morning.

He forbids his State Governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, if not stalling their progress through lengthy and costly litigation until he dictatorially grants permission for their passage, during which time he totally neglects them (such as the State of Arizona).  Instead, he gangs up with a foreign country (Mexico) to file legal claims against the State of Arizona and plays the race card freely to help illegal aliens to receive amnesty and to become citizens (and future Democrat voters) of the United States.  In particular, he is attempting to pass the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act in Congress.

He refuses to pass other laws that would benefit the more densely populated areas, unless, of course, those people agree to surrender their rights of representation in Congress, a right of the people that only tyrants fear.  He attempts to change our nation from a representative republic to a democracy.  He forces the passage of banking, insurance, and automobile industry bailouts using money we do not possess, thereby, falling deep into deficit spending.  He forces the passage of spending stimulus funds that went to unions, to pay for political debts, and down empty holes that stimulated no real jobs for over two years of his first term.

He calls Legislators to convene in the strangest, most uncomfortable times and places from their offices and public records for the sole purpose of exhausting them into submission to his Marxist-socialist hidden agenda.  During the campaign for president, he promised that he would have the most transparent administration in history and covering all negotiations on C-SPAN, which turned out to be a bald-faced lie.

He allowed many of the Blue States’ legislators spitefully to not hold District town-hall meetings because, in masculine forcefulness, we oppose him for blatant violation of the rights of the people.  Many districts throughout the United States did not allow the people to voice their concerns because their elected representatives were too afraid to hold town-hall meetings.  The Obama Administration, Democrat-controlled Congress, and lame-stream media called the people derogatory names such as Astroturf, Tea-baggers, un-American, brown shirts, evil-mongers, political terrorists, swastika bearers, right-wing extremists, mobsters, unpatriotic, unrepresentative, right-wing loons, racists, right-wing domestic terrorists, Talibani, and other such disgusting terms.

He refuses to allow candidates to be elected by keeping these Town Halls closed; by then, it is too late for Legislators to reverse his order (Annihilation) and appoint someone to do the job.  Thus, the Office goes unfilled.  Unfortunately, these vacancies expose residents to dangerous outside raids (invasions) and neighborhood riots (convulsions) by unions, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), the New Black Panther Party (NBPP), the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), and illegal aliens.  He has delayed the appointment of conservative judges and freely appoints liberal judges to benches at all levels of government.  He has appointed extremists to the Supreme Court and “devout Muslims” to high administrative levels of the DHS.  He has appointed nearly 50 czars who skirt around the approval process and oversight by Congress.  These czars run open-loop and make decisions not approved by Congress.

He purposefully encourages population growth of States by allowing illegal aliens to enter the United States so he can acquire their votes during elections.  He refuses to build obstructing fences on the borders that would stop foreigners (including members of al-Qaeda) from illegal entry.  He blocks the passage of laws (e.g., Arizona) that would stop illegal aliens to travel freely over the borders by suing the State of Arizona and charging them as racists.  Additionally, he creates laws that make it easy for the federal government to take private land from the citizen owners.

He encourages the Administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) to deliberately allow criminal organizations such as ACORN, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), La Raza, and the NBPP to be shielded from prosecution.  He encourages Congress to allow criminal legislators to evade being arrested and tried for criminal activities.  He goes after those in the opposing political party and gets them arrested, tried, convicted, and imprisoned to trumped-up charges.

He forces Judges to rule on his will alone and determines their length of service and terms of salary.  He forces judges to keep himself from being tried for treason and other high crimes and misdemeanors as he aids and abets our enemies, bows to kings and emperors, and goes on international apology tours and lambastes the United States of America.  He refuses to bring forth his original certificate of live birth and all other documents throughout his schooling, service in Illinois as a state senator and U.S. senator, travel passports and visas, social security information, and other such secret documents that he has paid over $2 million to lawyers’ fees to keep from public scrutiny.  He does not cooperate to prove through existing legal documentation that he is not a citizen of Kenya, citizen of Indonesia, and a Muslim.  Instead, he keeps everyone in the dark.  Consequently, we do not really know who Barack Hussein Obama is.

He establishes many new czar offices, sending us swarms of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Officials to harass our people, and consume their resources.  He and the First Lady extravagantly spends money on staff, parties, vacations, recreation, international travel, and other such activities that run into the billions of dollars.  He constantly plays golf and basketball.  He applies the Cloward-Piven Strategy, where manufactured crises are used to do things that the administration would otherwise never be able to do.  He does not allow a good crisis to go to waste.

He maintains standing armies in our communities—even in peaceful times—without the consent of our local legislators.  He had great intentions to build a Civilian National Security Force (CNSF) with the budget and firepower equivalent to the Department of Defense (DoD).  He is building Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Emergency Centers (NECs), which are no more than concentration camps with ribbon-wire fences, cameras, locked doors, and guards for right-wing extremists, veterans, and political enemies.  Now, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is morphing into a CNSF with atrocities violating our Fourth Amendment Rights by physically molesting air travelers and children at airports by touching private parts and taking full-body scans to examine private parts.

He is working to establish the CNSF independent of the DoD and to report directly to him and the executive branch of government.  The DHS will serve as a CNSF when he melds the unions, ACORN, NBPP, and other left-wing organizations into the DHS.

He builds friendships and allies with dictators, criminal organizations, Islamic organizations, communist organizations, and subversive organizations, thereby, subjecting us to legal processes (Sharia Law) that are incompatible with our Constitution and in conflict with our laws.  In addition, he passes these phony Bills:

• For fortifying large companies of armed soldiers in our communities (CNSF in the form of the DHS).
• For protecting foreign terrorists and homegrown terrorists by reading them Miranda Rights and trying them in New York City civilian courts instead of military tribunals.  These terrorists should be executed for murdering thousands of residents of these States.  He has attempted to close down the Guantanamo Detention Center (Gitmo) and to house terrorists in civilian prisons on American soil.
• For causing a great trade imbalance with all parts of the world and particularly China.  The United States is heavily indebted to China.  His policies have driven millions of American jobs overseas.
• For imposing taxes, fees, and penalties on us without our consent which caused the rise of Taxed Enough Already (TEA) parties across the United States.  His tax-and-spend policies have caused unemployment growth instead of a decline.  In the first year of his first term, he doubled the spending of the previous administration rising to $3 trillion.  He has unnecessarily increased the overall national debt to over $14 trillion.
• For depriving us the benefits of trial by jury in many instances.  He has targeted for assassination an American citizen (who turned traitor), Anwar al-Awlaki, but he still deserves a trial by jury simply because of the fact that he is an American citizen.  Instead, he plans to kill al-Awlaki with a Predator drone missile.
• For his DOJ in allowing NBPP and ACORN criminals to run free, yet he pursues in court political prisoners of the opposition party.
• For eliminating of the Free System of American Laws throughout the United States, substituting a Dictatorial Government, expanding its boundaries for use as a Model of Absolute Rule over all of these States.  He corruptly used the Lame-duck Congress to pass unwanted and unnecessary legislation before the new Republican Congress took control in January 2011.  Because he could not pass legislation after losing control of the Congress in January 2011, he now accomplishes the same goals through Executive Orders and Secretary Orders, thereby, totally bypassing Congress, and he rules as a dictator.
• For destroying our Papers of Incorporation for land settlement (charters), abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering the fundamental forms of our self-government.  He totally ignores the Constitution of the United States when it is to his advantage and applies certain parts of the Constitution again when it is to his advantage.  Consequently, the Constitution hangs by a thread.
• For invalidating our Courts (Legislatures) and substituting their power to legislate for us whatever cases brought to trial.  He ignores States Rights.  He has overreached on numerous occasions and attempts to render the Constitution and rule of law irrelevant.  He supports illegal immigrants and fights against those who attempt to uphold the law (e.g., his DOJ pursues and hinders Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona).

He has forfeited the Arizona government here, declared Arizona to be outside of his protection, even actively waging war against Arizona with both the DOJ and Mexican politicians.

Because of his incompetence and lack of leadership in dealing with the Gulf Oil Leak Crisis, he has destroyed our sea trade in Louisiana, ravaged our Gulf of Mexico coastal businesses, ruined our towns, and destroyed the livelihoods of our people.  He placed a moratorium on deep-water drilling for oil.  He refused the help of equipment and personnel from foreign nations to assist in the oil leak cleanup.  Additionally, he has his DOJ pursuing British Petroleum (BP) to blame them for the crisis and to charge them to pay for all costs of the crisis.

He is presently transporting large numbers of HAMAS terrorists and families using millions of dollars of American taxpayers’ money to settle them in the continental United States (CONUS).  They eventually will kill us off, destroy our country, and tyrannize our people, having already begun with acts of cruelty and treachery (perfidy) un-paralleled in history—by even the most barbarous nations—and, so he is totally unworthy to be the Head of a civilized nation as the United States of America.

He allows Muslim citizens to operate about 35 terrorist training camps throughout the United States.  He shelters Muslim turncoats (e.g., Major Nidal Malik Hasan) who then went to war against our own soldiers at Fort Hood, Texas, killing 13 plus an unburned baby.  He supports building a Muslim mosque near Ground Zero in Manhattan, New York.

He enables illegal alien riots in our neighborhoods, dividing neighbor against neighbor (class and race warfare).  In the Muslim areas, he allows skirmishes with Americans who enter their areas of town and leave us alone to fight them.  Disastrously, the merciless Muslim terrorists retaliate with savage force, inflicting unparalleled destruction upon young and old, man or woman and rich or poor alike as did the 19 Muslim terrorists on 9/11/2001.

In every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for remedy (redress) in the most humble of terms.  However, our repeated petitions in town-hall meetings, TEA Party tours across the United States, and peaceful, large-scale demonstrations in Washington, DC, have been answered only with repeated insulting disrespect by the lame-stream media, progressive politicians, and the White House.  A President whose character is defined by these tyrant’s deeds is obviously unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have we failed to communicate to the Obama Administration our intent to declare independence from them if they continued to pursue fundamentally transforming the United States of American into a Marxist-socialist nanny state by “spreading the wealth.”  From time to time we have warned them that their attempts to bully us into subjection are unjustifiable.  We have also reminded them of the circumstances that first caused us to rise up the TEA Parties.  We have also appealed to their sense of justice and graciousness…even to our mutual family ties…pleading a stop to their overstepping authority, which would inevitably sever our relationship and close off any communication between us.  But the Administration, as well as the POTUS, has turned a deaf ear to the voices of justice and kindred spirit.  We must, therefore, submit to the inevitable—that cries against our separation—to hold them as we would hold the rest of mankind: enemies in times of tyranny and friends in times of law and order.

We, therefore, as Representatives of the United Red States of America assembled here in a Constitutional Convention, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the moral validation of our intentions, and in the name and the authority of the good people of these 50 States, do solemnly publish and declare now that:

These United Red States are, and rightly so, to be free and independent States; that they are absolved from all allegiance to the Obama Administration and the federal government, and that all political connection between them and the Blue States of the Obama Administration—is and ought to be—considered totally dissolved; and that as free and independent Red States possess full power to declare war and peace, build alliances, establish commerce, and do anything and everything which independent Red States have the right to do.

And, in unconditional support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
