Why will no one sort this massive corruption out? So many top UK government officials have been written to by many people but everything is ignored wholesale!

The question has been asked: “why would the “Powers That Be” target someone such as Carol Woods for so long [since 2006], involving so many perpetrators, committing so many extremely serious crimes, funded by the public and local council taxpayers?”. Carol Woods is a 63 years old former Lancashire County Council Level 3 Social Worker and Child Protection Officer [who used to train social workers] and a former Probation Officer, amongst many other attributes. Perhaps the appalling and chronic targeting she has no choice but to put up with is because she reported numerous seriously grave irregularities she discovered, including child abuse, when being employed by this county council, as described in the “IMPORTANT VIDEOS” at the foot of this post, and also because of what Carol has reported, especially here, from Feb. 2007 [a land grab for a supercasino, with dire consequences…]: “York LGO Blog and Lancashire CC” http://criticalreader2006.blogspot.ae/. When one realises that the very controllers of the targeting and stalking Carol is forced to endure are, very probably, very closely connected to the same departments and personnel who are described in the links above and the “IMPORTANT VIDEOS” shown below, which detail what was discovered when Carol worked as a Child Protection officer in Lancashire, then it should not be hard to understand these hostilities enacted against her. Put it this way: the Welsh scientist, weapons expert and authority on biological warfare, employed by the British Ministry of Defence David Kelly was supposed to have leaked serious information to the detriment of the PTB at the time – look what happened to him. Now, Carol is no weapons expert, but one doesn’t have to be one to upset the proverbial apple cart bigtime. And anyway, we are told there have been assassination attempts upon her life too – quite a few in fact, including ramming her car at speed, on a main road, by perpetrators unknown….

And why is there an illegal tracking device installed in Ms. Woods car – put there, apparently – by Lancs. police? The Chief Constable of Lancashire has been written to so many times about so many serious matters its quite remarkable – with absolutely NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!

More serious crimes and misdemeanours committed against Ms. Woods are all completely ignored by whichever UK government agency one tries to take anything to, including:

many murder attempts,

impersonation, ID frauds,

person[s] impersonating police officers in official government hearings, [or hearing[s] purporting to be official],

Royal Mail frauds,

monetary frauds involving: dubious bank accounts at numerous high street banks, the DWP, town council[s] and other agencies,

illegal tracking of motor vehicle via GPS device [or similar],

a high number of motor vehicle “Blue Badge” [UK HM Government concession] frauds,

regular physical harassment / mental torture upon a person [aka “gangstalking”],

telephone / Internet Broadband fraud,

wrongful arrest,

wrongful kidnapping[s] / incarceration[s] in UK HM Government units, police station[s], HM Prison[s] etc.,

home burglaries,

– many other instances of serious crime and illegal activity exist, and many acts contravening not only the Data Protection Act 1998, but also the contravention of articles pertaining to the European Commission of Human Rights [particularly Article 8].

What is going on is maybe unbelievable, and at times complicated, but that is surely deliberate and part of this outrageous targeting of a law-abiding citizen – a lone female – who dared to report serious irregularities she found during her employment as a Level 3 social worker and Child Protection Officer. As a result, apart from the crimes committed against her as described, her house and contents with a value of £400,000+ was stolen from her, and her employment tribunal award of £50,000 found its way to someone who conspired against her who fraudulently took Carol Wood’s ID. Other serious crimes exist and continue to this very day…

Cars used in ORGANISED FRAUD Lancs. Harassment incl. 10 April 17

I Carol Woods Ms have sent to DVLA the details of cars that are nothing to do with me but are used IN MY NAME IN FRAUD: I have reported them already for YEARS: PJ60 BYR silver VW at 298 Oxcliffe Rd LA3 3EJ, NL03 WKM a silver Peugeot bought in FRAUD by KENNETH NICHOL lowlife in caravan 2 there who claimed to be linked to me and bought that PEUGEOT even though an out of work drunk getting rid of his red Ford, P801 CRN which FRAUD was to be a detail from MY book Volume 1 where I bought a red Clio and the lady selling gave me the documents for her NEW car in error. I saw the error, pointed out to her she had sold me her NEW car, we laughed, and I drove off in the CLIO I had really bought. PK62 NXJ, PX14 LRJ, PE64 OUG, PX15 KHW, PJ65 WLL and PF08 WDJ. I have also added GN07 AHO, V23 MAJ and V24 MAJ. I intend to work my way through all lowlife claiming they use their cars to drive me about. The RED NISSAN that moved MARTIN BRANKIN fraudster from 298 Oxcliffe Rd DK58 Org when he never lived there anyway (ref PJ60 BYR) has been “revised” by the old troll in 2 Quernmore Rd who gives driving lessons, off the record, red Nissan, PF66 HGM. I have drawn a diagram showing Fell View, off shoots and houses to show their positions. ALL EARN MONEY IN FRAUD WHICH IS UNDECLARED INCOME.

I list here others that apparently drive me about and use the Blue Badge scheme in FRAUD, now this is MY record that these cars are less than nothing to do with me. Please note at any one house other cars arrive to PRETEND they meet with me WITH INTENT TO DEFRAUD and claim to be linked to me; SCORES of council sleazy have PRETENDED to “drop me off” or “sit indoors with me” as if I was in one of those other houses. (Today at least 5 FIVE I found hiding ready to drive off when I did as they ALL drove me.)
I have excellent records of all car details, photos and so forth. Some call more than once, some call once only, some call to one house then another to pretend somehow that I am linked to bother addresses. All dates, photos and persons involved are available. These though are the ROUTINELY used cars; this document does not list all others used. These are all harassers and deluded enough to think I would want them to drive me about. In this the lunatics use cars leaving them here and there as proof one address is really another thus 2 Fell View is also 12, is also 22, is also 32, is also 42. And 34 Fell View is also 24 Fell View and 34 Quernmore Rd, see the vans bought for use at 24 and the van then bought for 34 and which cars are left at 34 Fell View then re-appear at 34 Quernmore Rd. 34 Quernmore Rd is ANOTHER address where the Gestapo call socially. Cars of “64” are used after the PE65 OUG fraud found out at 30 Fell View so for example PN64 MNJ another red car hides parked at the far end of Fell View on 18/3/17 at night with Gestapo cruising about; they expect me to go to Lancaster University and wait to stalk to PRETEND the PN64 drives me with Gestapo to confirm they saw that car in this area. That then is apparently PROOF PE64 OUG was hired by me and NOT Williams in 30 Fell View – apparently. Currently the Gestapo are socialising with a foul-mouthed, inarticulate troll who thinks 34 Quernmore Rd is 34 Fell View, they call to Quernmore Rd and hope I don’t see as I would if they used 34 Fell View. PF02 FSK a blue Ford is to be the roughnecks from PL02 THK used with at least 6 drivers, council staff obviously; the foul mouthed troll using PF02 is unemployed, they will say they know nothing and it is just “coincidence” that unemployed she can rent a huge privately owned bungalow and drive about for no reason except always behind me. As the cars are used and replaced such as at 33 with replacements every day using for example “59” to cover for LT59 FGN and at 22, FE11 OBN then YK11 on 22/3/17, this document is sent out as it is to date but will be kept up to date; there is enough here for any reasonable person to see the frauds and how unemployed can run at least 2 decent vehicles, most large.

The data above was sent with SOME addresses I include; the data being lengthy I split it up. This is the 2nd part with the record: 8/4/17 amid a great deal of loud mouths told what to screech ALL day to make sure I heard in “brainwashing”, with the usual lowlife all driving about pretending; with the usual lowlife hiding and pretending to be out (22 and 41, with 30 as usual) O’Conner at 39 arrived as one person she claims to be: the sleazy council troll in SA05 YJB had arrived with the driver wearing RED and parking at 39 to aid and abet O’Conner the deranged, deluded fraudster but others arrived as they do in “shifts”. I retire at 11 20pm and wait to see what the lowlife would get up to: I have moved into 23, 39, and various others again today. I took a photo of the car leaving 39 who assumed they could pretend to be me going to a 2nd address to aid and abet O’Conner who claims to be 2 people, one apparently me living at 2 addresses. THE COUNCIL FUNDS ALL THIS.

31 Fell View Heather Hetherington and various others. Bethany van Laere plus males; all unemployed, 31 used for a great deal of fraud, theft, harassment and so on. This house is also used with 2 Copy Lane quite some distance away, and other houses along Copy Lane, they PRETEND to drive me about and suggest I go between one house and another. ML53 TWJ, also at 2 Copy Lane then in Brookhouse, Sycamore (Rd) as I apparently live in Brookhouse in about 20 houses as well. VN53 APY red Vauxhall, S77 VAT also at 2 Copy Lane then mostly at 2 Copy Lane, Catherine Rowbottom she with ML53 TWJ as well. R945 KEC shaved headed yob who would e outside me in 28 from 4 am when the Gestapo expected me to set off early somewhere, he was to be the BLUE Citroen Saxo from 298 Oxcliffe Rd used in fraud, he was to be Mr Carol Woods. Y191 SLF was used by Hetherington or van Laere to drive about Agnes Jackson in 26 Fell View when she was me so had to be seen in a red car. It was then given to a male idiot who thought with his cloth cap he could be me with my John Lennon cap which I wear in winter; he at 31 unemployed would be sent to drive to Morecambe for example when I had been there and was driving back to Caton; he had to PRETEND he then driving from Morecambe had been me there. He sits for hours waiting to drive off behind me when told to as that is proof he is me. SD58 TWJ to confuse with ML53 TWJ, PL07 ZRR a roughneck of the type of driver at 33 Fell View in DK51 HVL and she, like that troll, lives near-by and races to 31 when instructed to and PRETENDS whatever her delusions allow. All are unemployed so they can be “free” to act at a moment’s notice. CX51 HDH appears from time to time and also uses Copy Lane address. HY61 YDN, Y946 EEC a light blue BMW used to confuse one at 26 which was to be confused with one used in 2013 – 2014 at Penhale Gardens, LA3 2QA. VN06 TS2 a small white van used to pretend to “move someone” – always me. BD54 DSA silver used from 4/3/17 as the frauds and worse of those with silver cars who claim to be me are exposed. On 15th the unemployed old lout now with Y191 SLF was to drive about a passenger which he has never done previously: that would be “me” moving in again. A silver BMW started to be used PE03 LGW in a “new claim just moved in fraud” March 2017. The car was to be Kenneth Jackson’s PE03 DXS silver Vauxhall and I was to be “confused” over the cars and plates.
33 Fell View this council house used as a cell for fraudsters. It is empty; they have stuck dummies in upper windows, lights on timers and had council lowlife call and PRETEND they tend on someone who is NOT there. Sleazy NHS have done the same; all on excellent photos. DK51 HVL a roughneck used for over 2 years with her BLUE BADGE provided to drive about an invisible person – ME when I drove off in my car. That roughneck would sit for up to 3 hours and only drive off if she thought I was not going out. YOU PAID HER. I knew she lived near-by being able to race round when lowlife called about my movements; she lives at 8 Beck Side off Fell View; I was right. PE08 WNV or M red, YH55 GXZ 4 wheel drive BMW always when a plan in FRAUD linked to me is underway. BD56 VDL similar 4 wheel drive, black and always when there is a fraud planned. R207 FFC, PJ62 FGE a red Vauxhall, mostly YOU pay the sleazy to drive all this way and sit in an empty house to pretend. On 13/3/17 PN16 YKK a red car was used not seen before. I then found that they hide along side of the house which side cannot be seen by me from 28 but they can see when my car drives off. They hide there and drive off behind me and PRETEND they drive me from 33 just as the lowlife in DK51 HVL did from March 2014 when I moved to 28 Fell View.

35 Fell View. PF02 TVO a dark grey Mazda to be MAZ 7675 a dark grey Mazda used at 30 Fell View with Williams claiming they were me and would sell MY house as they, as me, were too disabled to live in it. That April 2014 so similar events are acted out using similar cars all round Fell View. PF05 KDX the usual car from the old couple in 35; they are used from time to time and really are a few letters short of a keyboard.

37 Fell View another similar to 33 Fell View used by council fraudsters, roughnecks and all who want to make something FACT from FICTION. First a Malaysian thief lived there and claimed I was there as her mother and that she cared for and drove me about. Her car PN54 XJD a silver Peugeot, she is still used occasionally when the Gestapo want NOW to be THEN. She was moved literally overnight when found out; the house empty for months except I caught council employees sneaking off at night after they called to use phones and Internet and claim it was my use. One car used from then by at least 3 drivers OEO6 APF was last used to stalk me 14 March 2017 and pretend I lived in 37 and they had been driving me about. This is ANOTHER driver I have found lying across the front seats to hide and PRETEND as the car was empty the driver had to be with “someone” – me. It disappears from time to time and then is used again so, obviously council swapping about.Y547 OGW more council gormless who thinks she’s Mata Hari at least. This corrupt gormless uses at least 6 addresses in her delusions. PK59 LGW a red Fiat to be the “small red car” (mine at 28). SL54 EZE, ST04 FWK used a lot, PF02 TVO the same seen at 35 Fell View. MU05 YDY, X168 HCH and some are used also from 41 Fell View to PRETEND that one person in 41 is then moved to 37. GN55 JNK is one used at 41 and 37 Fell View and seems to be a “regular” fraudster. PE64 HGM driver would hide her car off Fell View and sneak into 37 and pretend whatever she was told to. She was used from June 2016 to park outside me in 28 and PRETEND it was Jackson in 26 and that she drove Jackson about. She drove no one: I would drive off in my car and she would pretend it was her BLACK VW driving off with Jackson! This car and driver LCC employee, another school cleaner paid for at your expense. SA05 YJB and R207 FFE which left as soon as I took a photo, another with the driver not indoors anywhere but pretending.
39 Fell View ANOTHER virtually unoccupied house with ME as one occupant – apparently. O’Conner deranged and deluded with at least 2 addresses claiming I move between 2 addresses. DG04 UXR the one he uses when he is there which is rarely.
V114 FVS a white camper van. R208 MKN a dark green 4 wheel drive TOYOTA various bleached haired doxies drive it including Mrs O’Conner as well as the original roughneck with the dogs. This car found by me miles away HALTON RD in the middle of a fraud using BROWN’s Masonic firm used when I apparently moved to 7 Leslie Ave as well, then I found it at a new housing complex and then a male had been passed the vehicle he stalk and drive by the theatre as I left one night with the Gestapo racing round to confirm he saw me leave and he saw that vehicle thus 2 + 2 make 5. Then she was bought 2 Toyotas V23 MAJ (blue) and V24 MAJ (silver) which are rarely at 39; she leaves them at her second address where she is me. V23 MAJ was then handed to lowlife in 37 Fell View. PF03 JZW, R207 FFC, LX02 OVZ this is sleazy council who would park and go to 39 then move off and go to 22 where I also apparently lived. ML04 JXG, Y547 OGW this is sleazy council troll and she goes all round and pretends at many addresses. S412 KHG which does the same but uses 45 Fell View with 39. PJ12 AXG. SA05 YJB. 41 Fell View JARVIS GN07 AHO with small white van V004 NVZ. These have lots of sleazy call and use 41 as the basis of much serious organised fraud. PE08 ZRX for example, that also used in FRAUD at 32 Fell View, a stalker of me and she a shopper in theft and fraud, forgery and more. Y486 AAS sent for dark blue VW, male with 3 dogs to leave that outside me, leave the dogs sit in 41 and hope I thought he was something to do with me. He was ANOTHER stranger sent to the deranged in 41 and sent when 12, 14, 20, 45 at least with O’Conner pretending by borrowing, they all were told to get a dog. PJ62 OGS sleazy council, PE56 NXB sleazy council and also used at 32 Fell View with INTENT, KH52 WZC always when an act of real lunacy was in full swing, also used at 37 and then Jarvis pretended she did not know whose car it was. NL11 USV another loud mouth after loft noise I heard as she went to screech at 41 pretending I had phoned. LD53 TPY, PJ07 OFG, L7 DGG and at 39 also at 7 Leslie Ave. W688 HSO more sleazy council, MV57 CFE more sleazy council, LT59 FGN always a fraud in progress when this seedy old trout is at 41, used also by same types at 29 and 31 Fell View. This old trout found stalking me along M6 August Bank Holiday 2016 as I went to a music festival as if I’d want to go with such lowlife. (The Gestapo reading about this old trout sent various on crutches and those truly gormless to a music venue they ILLEGALL saw I had booked to attend; without exception, they were all dummies, sat without moving and without so much as lemonade between them. The INTENTION had been to say “Look, those disabled and “ill” want to go and need to be with someone”.) YOU paid for the tickets, £19 each. NU62 EHE was a grey van used August 2014 to be August 2013 FRIDGE FRAUD where RYCROFT who was “me” then gained as Jarvis who was “me” or buying as if linked to me, gained a year later, almost to the day. GN55 JNK used at 41 but also at 37; mostly at 37. NF55 XKW.
Jarvis had the lout with 3 dogs in was to be a detail from MY book of Sept. 2008. The roughneck SEAT MV57 CFE was sent also after a detail in MY BOOK of events at MY house 2008 was illegally seen. Data is ILLEGALLY seen via BT devices in my loft. 26, 43, 45, 30, 22 24 all use the Internet and phones as if their use is my use.
43 Fell View Maureen McHarran (me) and Paul Hicks. MV03 CYX his first, then after a while he swaps it for a black Honda, PL06 ZWH, she has always had a silver Megane YP06 UEH which I knew as soon as I saw it parked that it was to be the Clio YK02 VPF from my previous address; the car LOOTED from a murdered elderly, lone lady. The lunatics try to make 4+3= 7 to be 7 North Way Lewes again and he is Paul Hitchman.    This E-CRIME I found by seeing my computer screen change to clear when McHarran rushed out on one occasion: she used the link via Sainsbury WiFi to pretend it was my use in the cafe there: it took me over 2 years to find she worked a few hours a week in the store.

The news was MANCHESTER and a new drug with them having about 31 phone calls about problems with those who had taken the drug. Oddly that is EXACTLY the same amount of calls I heard via MY loft on 8th They had plans for the 9th and while the news states that more police are in the PICCADILLY area of Manchester they couldn’t get ONE to attend the Inquest of MIKE TODD their murdered Chief Constable! See how horribly wrong they got all that below. Why Piccadilly? Because the deranged try to link it to my record of Piccadilly and the Big Issue seller they claim is me PLUS the FACT that PICCADILLY is the station that trains from and to Lancaster use so there you have it: CAROL WOODS now drug dealer again. BUT this RECKLESS ENDANGERING OF LIFE AGAIN. After 2 of my detours, approx 9 10pm, an NHS ambulance raced towards me with lights flashing as “emergency”. It had not been an emergency for more than 30 seconds approaching me. It is PLANNED WITH INTENT. The distraction involved a male in black clothing, who was hiding and to run out into the middle of the road in front of the NHS one direction and MY car approaching in the opposite direction and I was to be “distracted” and hit him. I didn’t. What idiot runs into the road in the dark in dark clothing JUST ENOUGH in front of an emergency vehicle? The “emergency” ceased after another 2 seconds as I saw from my rear window. 7th they wanted to rewrite from 7 Nov 2015 and PERJURER MASSINGHAM and sleazy NHS below, in the PERJURY the lunatic in residence IAN YOUNG legal rep for police and county wrote that he was POLICE and worried about MY driving as I was “distracted” with “delusions” (how rich is that coming from him?). The INTENTION was to deprive me of driving so that organised criminals and general thieves and fraudsters could carry on pretending they drove me or were actually me with their cars BOUGHT IN FRAUD USING MY NAME.

7/4/17. The ABOVE ON MY WAY TO Uni and this after, 2 taxis, usual lowlife race to cars and one 2 -seater mustard colour same old same old, 2 taxi drivers NOT at rank, confirm see me but why? Gadget left as usual, I am to see and pick up. It would be reported stolen. Naturally I would have stolen it. The Gestapo don’t know any women who aren’t light fingered. The CCTV camera will “confirm” which is odd as they never can confirm the yobs and trolls who collect to use the Internet when I use the registration they pretending to be linked to me yet are so obviously what they are; lowlife and not students at all. Staff say they are not allowed to touch stuff left in case someone says it is stolen so just record in “lost and found”. I suggest to keep an eye on it. Mason thug Copy Lane with removal van driving about midnight and his links to scum at New Parkside Farm now found out. New P. Farm posing as Mr Carol Woods in 2015/16 with Jackson in 26 his “mother” to be me.

By Saturday 8th before 10 am, a red car was sent to 33 and told to leave as soon as Gestapo saw I had taken a photo. How they see I do not know but they have lowlife shout about seeing me take a photo when they can’t possible know, such as RYCROFT Flat 4 Penhale Gardens in 2013 told to tell me he had seen me take a photo of his ‘relatives’, total strangers who had never called previously and never called again. Why did I take a photo? Because RYCROFTs were pretending to be me as Williams do now in 30 Fell View and the roughnecks sent were supposed to be my family as theirs. It was done at 298 Oxcliffe Rd prior to my renting the flat and done in 7 North Way when Janice Bournen was “me”.

The harasser in Creative Gardens van was parked at 45. The Gestapo, having tried to establish it is linked to me via loud mouth unemployed yob on the rear of Fell View on Langdale, they tried at least 3 times to have the driver of the van park outside me and PRETEND, now the lunatics have decided it is 45 Fell View and he is there linking DALTON/ WHEATFIELD to me. I also saw the unemployed yob “boyfriend” Jackson from 36 Fell View with the son of the Malaysian thief formerly of 37 Fell View. The Gestapo moved her fast when I found out her fraud. I knew she wasn’t far away, and he was moved soon after; he has not been seen since early 2016. I saw he had his hair after being told to keep it shaved in 2014 into 2015 as he was then “son” (one of them) of Agnes Jackson in 26 Fell View when she posed as me. He was no relation. She would be driven into the DWP centre in Lancaster by BK53 EWE or Bleasdale in WG03 DMW and Jackson NO RELATION would have had his head shaved and take the bus to meet her and claim he was MR CAROL WOODS and she, his mother, was me. Prior to those attendances in PLANNING, PREMEDITATION, INTENT, FORGERY, FRAUD etc, he would stand outside me and pretend to use his phone for texts TO ME making “arrangements” for the next day. My photos of all that are excellent plus more. He had to shave his head as being dark he could be no son of mine: he couldn’t anyway as he’s an unemployed lout as well as fraudster and more.

The Gestapo are trying to recreate 2014 April and pretend I have just moved in again which is silly as the son of the Malaysian thief is 3 years older now. What are they going to do? Chop off his legs to keep him small and 3 years younger? Oddly despite being Agnes Jackson’s “son” he has never called at all. The Malaysian thief, apparently my daughter caring for me and driving me about from 37 Fell View I found then had a part-time job in the local Co-Op. Thus by 10 47am the lunatics were on the loose again.

By 11 am they had found another red car to race to 33 and park outside, driver an older male so this I predict: the Gestapo and council will find someone to move in and he or they will have to be old, possibly male alone to be MR CAROL WOODS but it is a 3 bed-roomed house and old people especially single people cannot have such; they are for families. On Penhale Gardens, when I started finding things out I told my sister MARGE on the phone, (I used call boxes, especially one in Morrison’s which was removed about a year ago), that Flat 10 had been empty for a long time so why not offer that READY empty to me when they insisted I have Flat 3 which had had a tenant. It was for reasons linked to lowlife in caravan 3 at 298 who claimed to be Mr Carol Woods and lived in hiding using his lap top on instruction when I used mine in 1A to make that thug be me. Without going into all that and the use of that thug and his seriously deranged “other” (the Gestapo had 2 males they thought could be mistaken for 1 as if we are all idiots) I will just add that both are still used with the one in hiding 100% of the time told to limp if I see him out as he is me “disabled” –apparently.

After sneaking out to post for a NEW CLAIM, the Gestapo had a bloated old man with white hair walk up and down with a younger woman sandy hair and she is RED which was to be ME with the horrendous old thief Williams from 30. (The red is symbolic of being my car.) Since I moved to 28 Fell View on 24.3.14 the deranged have shouted nonsense to PRETEND it makes them me (Hunter and Jarvis above re “teaching”), on a number of occasions, all on camera, the Gestapo sent Jackson in 26 council trolls and Jackson would take a packet of biscuits out to be driven about and that was her as me qualified social worker with “meals on wheels”! (I told you I couldn’t make this up.) I have various qualifications. They have loaned him dogs to walk and like O’Conner it is proof I have a dog. The ones he walks, like O’Conner, are always different. BUT he is also provided with other RED cars so one wonders if he is insured and if he is, how can he afford it?

And then they were completely thrown off course as I went east after watching the scum all from hiding float away to Morecambe area. That thief, aided to run away literally overnight when found out. My guess is that she left me as her “mother” so the council decided they could do the caring for and driving about when trust me, seeing the gormless seedy used, one would not trust a dead dragonfly with them.

Thus some harassment with the usual of an idiot taking a photo to send to someone and pretend as it was where I was that I sent to “the someone” thus had a phone/camera. I took a photo of what he took a photo of and the INTENTION was to try to link it to events of 2012 especially at 298 Oxcliffe Rd LA3 3EJ. The male used on 9/4/17 was nothing like the male from 2012. The thief in 20 MILLS waited, she does this every time she is told I am on my return (the GPS allows for this); she stands outside at her door and as the lunatic she is she thinks if she enters 20 as I enter 28 then she is me or I do live with her in 20! I ignore her. Jarvis of course have to leap into action as usual; and Williams in 30 hide, Jackson back in 26 hides and a red car not seen previously waits. I let them all act their delusions. At 6 36pm exactly the Gestapo go over IN THEIR HELICOPTER; I get an excellent photo: what were they to “confirm” they had seen? A BLUE SEAT and they were moving me in. But another troll pretended again at 37 as well. I went out again to see if they all wanted to do it all again. But I went to factory ‘SWS’ to get a photo of their entry, why? Because the G4S thug was hiding there as I returned to Caton; those thugs do this OFTEN, they drive about and PRETEND they have dropped me off after I have been locked up somewhere, they have pretended all kinds of things and I have excellent photos which identify the thugs, the events and the cars used. It was not parked; the driver had been lying across the front seats to hide as they all do, he’d have left after a few minutes. THE TAX PAYER FUNDS THIS.

Why a factory in the middle of nowhere? Because a document, withheld from a court case by LCC was generated by SWS. I had heard of that document via another and so asked the bench in claim 2402412/04 to instruct LCC to declare it. The document reads, “Carol Woods was brilliant, just what we need”. The deranged, jealous perverts in LCC had to keep that away from any case; they had been trawling for detrimental remarks about my work and got the reverse. That coarse loudmouth sent to screech and carry on to provoke me, reported, ignored, words of 1 syllable and every other one began with “F” I saw her awful teeth and she only about 45.
Given the Gestapo do the same old things anywhere I rent, I thought, what were they using that lowlife for and trying to link her to me? She uses 2 addresses as they all do, she at 34 Quernmore RD and 34 Fell View with BLENKINSHIP in 34, pair of loudmouths, unemployed who have various vehicles, and I also live there, “ill” apparently. But 298 Oxcliffe Rd. Again serious issues and the use of 2 already on 9/4/17 to be 2 from there so, the lowlife in 34 Quernmore Rd is to be Vicky McQUAID also from 298, with her 2 addresses. She was a drug dealer and user said to be my daughter; another never to have worked. The troll now with a car though BLUE PX02 FSK (note the “02” yet again) how does she afford to rent such a large privately owned house and run about in a car without having any work? She’s a drug dealer and user and that explains the terrible teeth. McQuaid was 20 but looked about 40, this one is about 40 and I guarantee this lowlife also claims to be my daughter.

On my return the second time, the only farce they thought they would act out again was to send a dullard to the take-away and that was the only event I did not repeat. The Gestapo helicopter was to confirm that they saw a BLUE car drop me off here; It was a cobalt blue SEAT KW54 and drove, without stopping, to 55 Fell View as I also live there as well as 55 is almost 45 is it not? The “blue” was to be the roughneck in PX02 (blue Ford and Cobalt blue Citroen Saxo X486 DDC ANOTHER from 298 Oxcliffe Rd, another thief and fraudster found out, another who claimed to be me) and she was busy loading collapsed cardboard boxes to pretend between 34 Fell View and 34 Quernmore Rd. Thus 34 Fell View was to double as 55 as well”! These people think they are normal and not insane.

I also add that the usual white vans and a large RED taxi also moved me into somewhere although I am not sure where but I am sure that the tax-payer paid for it. Driving round, the red car parked, waiting, thought he was going to be following me to pretend he was me Mr Carol Woods, I drove to turn my car round; he could do nothing but drive off to hide on Roman Crescent; I also live in at least 3 on there as well – apparently. 9 Sept 08 MY HOUSE amid the Gestapo and others I found dropped on MY land by MY gates a TESCO till receipt dated and times earlier that morning. That is another receipt kept safe. Williams’ name is not on my title deeds. My son and daughters don’t think of her as their mother.

By 11 20pm Jackson had been seen to have been hiding in 26 for hours and Williams in 30: I heard Williams use the toilet but they did not flush which is usual when they hide. Jackson finally retired as did Williams. What had that been for? You will not believe this but this is it. Jackson was to leave bits of clothing out on the line as I had had washing out; she has never ever done that but if she was not “in” (hiding” they it had to stay out. Ditto Williams. She was told to hang out “bedding” why? Because the lunatics illegally seeing what I typed saw I recorded a visit to Primark in Preston (there was not a store then in Lancaster) to buy bedding for the caravan at 298 Oxcliffe Rd. Thus as Williams is me, she needs to hang out washing 5 YEARS later as PROOF she was me writing up my book notes. Looking at what she has hung out; it is time she got herself to Primark to buy bedding. That was the lunatic “brainwashing” AFTER ANOTHER IDEA to manufacture “crime”.

2014 and CURWEN calling to empty 24 Fell View as they are re-housed at tax payers’ expense after a non-existent RTA ( as if it is MY RTA) in a flat with 24 used by thugs to access the Internet in hiding and pose as Mr Carol Woods. She gave up after about 40 minutes the point being that she RAN when claiming to be disabled after an RTA. Thus the Gestapo want to make that NOW so had the old troll girlfriend of Jackson hide in 26 to be Rowbottom hiding in 30 of 2014, BUT also CURWEN of 2014. Obviously, she in 26 gave up when I went out and the tatty things on Jackson’s line had stayed put just as the rhubarb had. Hi have just seen the email re 33 Fell View this has gone to the Gestapo, re tonight from last night. I have sent it all and hope if you have time to read it that you can see how 33 FELL VIEW fits into this, Mrs MARGARET PECK yet 33 has never had anyone in it; they pretended it was me from flat 3 Penhale Gardens with her name being MARGARET. Landlady at 298 Margaret Middleton who claimed to be me as MY dead mother, then the missing lady MARGARET PORTER flat 3 after I left the caravan and me in her flat when all records claimed she was still there, it was me as Margaret Middleton turned into Mrs M Porter. Mrs Porter would have been a similar age to Mrs Middleton and both were the age my mum would have been had she not been dead. Then I insist on being moved and after months they find 28 Fell View with 33 EMPTY. They pretend that DK51 HVL driver drives ME about but from 33 as Mrs Margaret Peck who I can find no trace of. Why have they continued to PRETEND someone is in 33 when I check at night and odd times and it has never had anyone there since I went to 28. Because the old lady in 28 also has “disappeared” and there was an attempt to claim SHE still lived in 28 but when I kicked up a fuss they simply wiped 28 from the records and pretended Jackson in 26 was me and so was June Williams in 30. I was both those 2 as their identical twin and I lived in 26 and 30 as there was no 28. can you see how we have a Shipman Policy uncovered. I have checked court records and no courts have been appointed to oversee their assets. Shirley Rycroft in Flat 4 Penhale Gardens certainly spent Mrs Porter’s Halifax money and kept that account live. The INTENTION was to claim Rycroft was me as if I was Mrs Porter’s daughter inheriting when Mrs Porter had no family. they pick ones with no one. Ask whatever is confusing. How did she know which car to choose for her delusions? THUS I WAS RIGHT ABOUT THE OLD THIEF IN 32 FELL VIEW AS BELOW this was the pathetic attempt to cover for that old fraudster. But I will also record that JACKSON in 26 Fell View has “swapped” with Williams who were told not to switch on their lights until my power was on (it is off all day, every day, on a few hours and off from 11pm to 10 am every night as well to stop them using it as MY bungalow was READY WIRED in GROSS BREACHES OF HEALTH AND SAFETY TO 30 AND 26 so they could use power while I paid for it and they could pretend they were me). Leaving Sainsbury’s I saw another “Mr Carol Woods” a weird creature who is sent to stalk and harass as a “replacement” for their other lowlife. He was to rush and PRETEND he had been shopping, was seen “leaving” heading for “university” when he has no car. But he used as ME and linked to me in lunacy, is a criminal. I simply drove back to Sainsbury’s, got my second ticket for timed free parking; they did not want to do their nonsense again. I made another small purchase and noted along the A6 3 THREE taxis with Asian drivers, why? To be a detail from Vol 3 of my book and 2010 and MILES away. I made 3 detours; they were not driving me no matter how they wasted their time at Sainsbury’s on my second visit. At the University the usual male lowlife sneaked out from hiding and using his phone contacted a pair of trolls with a large silver car R659 XTR and they were to pretend they dropped him off as Mr Carol Woods; they did not. I saw where he had been hiding and where they had. The car was chosen to be R629 MUY a RED CORSA driven in stalking of me by TRAVIS DALTON thief, serious E-Crime fraudster and more of 45 Fell View found not to have a licence or insurance. The Gestapo bought him that car; it disappeared after a few weeks of use in stalking and all on photos, he was then bought a dark green Toyota R48 GMA knowing he has no licence or insurance. He is ONE to hide any car Williams have in 30 Fell View and what she in 32 has. The Gestapo call socially to 45 Fell View in the early hours of mornings 1am, 2 am. while apparently on “duty”. The yob sent this evening rushed off to the upper floors after standing about waiting for “someone” to walk into view (I had delayed my walk from the car park choosing to note the pair of lowlife in that pathetic, staged event. And N10 KWW becomes KN59 MXS but that yob is not as old as the Gestapo with N10 KWW and he goes to 33 or 37 as they both are used by council sleazy using the Internet as if it is my use. 33 is empty as we know. But the pretence is now that it is not empty so they have to pretend it is in use. Thus he parks where he does because my photos of N10 KWW at Penhale Gardens about 12 miles from here show MY car in the photos. MY photos of 298 Oxcliffe Rd show MY car in the photos. MY photos of the Ford Fiesta RED used in FRAUD by Williams in 30 Fell View (30 was to be said to be Flat 3 as well to make that horrendous lowlife me) Sept. 2015 is seen with the black Mitsubishi PF08 WDJ which was driven by LAMB claiming to be driven about as the liar and thief she is, so, the Gestapo think if this yob with KN59 MXS leaves his BLACK VAUXHALL outside with my car seen obviously, as I am in 28, then they have “rewritten” photos especially from Penhale Gardens and then with the RED Ford Fiesta. I can just hear sleazy NHS saying to me, “But luvvie, it was a black Vauxhall at your gate, you never were anywhere else” or., “But luvvie, you never left your flat in Heysham”. As they were told to tell me in 2011, “But luvvie, you sold your house” (but had forgotten) and “But luvvie, the mortgagee repossessed your house” as if I had had a mortgage but then forgot I had so had not paid it. Then again 7 Nov 2015 a scruffy, inarticulate, ill-educated wailing Banshee posing as a “social worker” “I heard today your house had been repossessed”. Now the Gestapo want ME to be the lady who drove him a red Nissan; she had grey hair: my car being RED is apparently easily confused as X165 YUB a RED TOYOTA YARIS with a dark RED NISSAN DK58 ORG. That was ONE reason the roughneck in DK51 HVL was used for over 2 years to pretend to drive about me as invisible from 33 Fell View. Reported for BLUE BADGE FRAUD and more the council just ignored it all. It is also why they have just bought ANOTHER seedy old troll in 2 Quernmore Rd a RED NISSAN PF66 HGM so she can muddy waters and hope I become so confused I can’t think which is which. I will record them here: the RED NISSAN at 298 used in FRAUD DK58 ORG. The red Ford Fiesta used in serious crime by Williams in 30 Fell View PE64 OUG, the black VW used by a roughneck to park at MY wall and PRETEND in June 2016 and added dates PE64 HMG, we have had PF08 WDJ black also used in fraud and more and now the lunatics have thrown all that into the melting pot and come up with a RED NISSAN for another deluded old harasser, PF66 HGM.

The car that old fraudster uses PF08 WDJ a black Mitsubishi Colt I have seen a few drive it, other fraudsters from Fell View who park the car to hide it and she pretends it is PROOF she is out. BUT WILLIAMS in 30 to the same with any car YOU bought them, now it is PJ65 WLL and as usual I return and the deranged all hide and pretend as the cars are not parked then they are out. I go to take a photo of the cars NOT parked and the cat in 30 Fell View has been taught to use the toilet apparently and watch TV unless they are in doors and hope I will think they are out. LAMB in 32 was just leaving her kitchen as I passed to get my photo. Thus she is not invisible nor is she out. She drives PF08 WDJ as do others such as O’CONNER in 39, Dalton in 45 and REID in 49 to aid and abet her fraud. Lamb though claims to be MY dead mother as me and thus needing a driver who is also apparently me.

The council trolls have pretended from March 2014 that 33 was lived in and have taken part in such acts of lunacy only Lancashire lunatics could have dreamed them up. In 37 Fell View a Malaysian thief claimed she drove me about from there as her mother, then council sleazy started to use 37 as FREE ACCOMMODATION pretending that “someone” lived there who needed full time care by teams of 3 which “someone” was also me after an RTA apparently. All that found out and reported we have shaken the kaleidoscope again.

Who then is “ill”? No one at all. This is all to rewrite police corruption from 2012 onwards and photos of such. Among all that, the deranged in 26 AGNES JACKSON another in the organised crime, did admit herself AS IF SHE WAS ME into a mental hospital TWICE and rang them claiming to be me in distress; how clever and funny they all thought they were. PLUS in all that the lowlife hiding in 24 Fell View while CURWEN were “re-housed” as “ill” he hiding was posing as MR CAROL WOODS and the lowlife in 34 Fell View BLENKINSHIP moved in to cover the fraud of earlier tenant (the Gestapo move people in and out overnight if they need to), with their MEDICAL WASTE BAGS placed out to show to the bin men “Look, we have “ill” people living here”. The thug using 24 Fell View (he from New Parkside Farm) brought ordinary household waste in the “medical waste bags” so they could dump them and PRETEND. I took photos; ordinary household rubbish which the bin men stopped taking as it was not what the lowlife tried to pretend it was.

We had tried thus with loud mouth Williams to make me think the old thief in 32 was “away ill” when she was indoors. Then Mr Williams had another turn at being “ill”. All these deranged fraudsters try to make me FORGET the events involving ME from 7 Nov 2015 to Feb 2016 in wrongful arrest and false imprisonment, perjury, and worse. The Gestapo try to give OTHERS my experiences to make them seem to be ME!

Back to LAMB and inventing her as someone with a family. How many Mother’s Days have I been in 28? 4. I always have visitors as my family is not found for me to pretend. Let us not forget the fraudster did, in March 2014, as I moved in, use 28 QUERNMORE RD about ¼ mile from Fell View to PRETEND it was 28 Fell View and the CAR FRAUD was carried out using QUERNMORE RD trolls as seen. The Gestapo still use those few houses to be “duplicates” of Fell View so lowlife are sent to live in them and harass me as I pass, or drive round here to try to provoke me by screaming and shouting with the charming 4 letter words they rely on, and, the Gestapo call socially at night when supposedly on duty. The Gestapo used Lamb in later 2016 and PRETENDED she was just moving in to 32 Fell View!

Jarvis “who couldn’t even tell a white lie” uses and abuses children in many of her frauds stooping lower than those who admit to telling “white lies”. She has often used her children to stand at the front and try to provoke me but she has also used them to POST MAIL as if it was MAIL from me. We have ANOTHER new claim made I guess. The other intention is to hope I take photos of her children so they can scream I take photos of children. How far would she go in using her children?
