The Hutaree do not hate America. They hate the militaristic police state our republic has become. They hate being ruled by a tyrannical government that refuses to be bound by the U.S. Constitution. They hate the fact that police are allowed to trample over civil liberties and engage in perjury. They hate the fact that prosecutors try to prosecute the innocent in order to keep up their conviction rates without any concern for justice. They hate that prosecutors like Nifong have become the rule while the legal establishment and media try to make it look as if he is the exception.

The FBI engages in assassination, torture and murder.  They falsely prosecute.  They have allowed innocents to rot in jail while the guilty parties, who they knew committed murders, were allowed to walk free.  The FBI commits perjury, engages in murders and then hides their murders as in the case of Kenneth Trentadue, who the FBI mistook as the OKC bomber.  There is no tyranny the FBI will not commit, yet all the Hutaree want to do is protect Americans from police state tyranny.  Did the Hutaree say they could murder with impunity?  The FBI does.  Has the Hutaree tortured anyone?  The FBI does.  Has the Hutaree destroyed evidence so innocents can be targeted for prosecution?  The FBI does.  So, who is the bigger criminal?  Doe the FBI seek to protect people from government tyranny?  No –they are the cause of it.  What tyranny has the Hutaree committed?  They merely seek to protect Americans when the FBI comes knocking and placing people in detention camps as what was once a constitutional republic becomes a fascist police state.  There will be a day when Americans wish they had the Hutaree to protect them from the FBI and other government minions.

One Hutaree member is still in jail and his case is nowhere near going to court because the government’s case is so ridiculous that they keep avoiding tril hoping to wear Tom Piatek down into accepting a plea agreement.  He has refused.  They confiscated his guns and stole 15 gold coins he had with his guns.  Of course the FBI denies ever seeing the coins.  This is regular FBI tyranny.  During COINTELPRO the FBI assassinated Americans and now they continue this tyranny and lawlessness under the auspices of the War on Terror.

The Hutaree are a group of people who would attack a government detention camp if Obama or the government decided to try to start detaining Americans because they refused to continue to live under increasing levels of tyranny or be quit regarding government crimes against Americans.

Would the police protect you from being detained because you decided to speak out against Obama? Would the police protect you if the government decided to seize your guns and you resisted? Would the police keep you from being rounded up and charged with crimes for participating in a mass protest or printing the truth about our government?

The only thing that keeps government tyranny in check is that at some point the people will revolt and decide to defend themselves from government. The Hutaree are the first patriots to answer the call.  The Hutaree were nearing that point, but they had never gone beyond talking about what they would do in a future prospective scenario in defense of the people. They had conducted no operational planning and any operation was situationally dependant upon crimes committed by government. When the government becomes the law-breaker it condemns the patriot.  The Hutaree rightly understand that the greatest threat to our liberty is from government police forces, lying lawyers and criminals in robes. The Hutaree were training for a future conflict which is as sure to come to this country as it did to Middle East police states, and when it does there will be Americans that will wish the Hutaree was there to protect them. Americans should understand the Hutaree were not interested in harming Americans, but protecting them from tyranny.

Meanwhile, the government machine-gunned, incinerated and then bulldozed the Waco compound to hide its crime of slaughtering bible students at the Branch Davidian Compound. The FBI and ATF then used a little girl to claim she was molested by Koresch to conduct a military raid in which the FBI happened to “lose” all three videos of the initial attack. The criminals in robes then barred the Branch Davidians from being able to use the affirmative defense of self-defense after the ATF opened fire on Davidians who gave no resistance. This operation was staged for the media during budget hearings to garner more funding. The operation was aptly named “Operation Showtime”. To get the support of federal troops, the FBI and ATF then swore out a false affidavit saying Koresh was running a meth lab. This is the honest truth about their lies. Yet no agent was prosecuted for perjury.

All the Branch Davidians, to include 65 year-old grandmothers that were spending time learning the bible while living Old Testament lifestyles, were charged with “Murder of Federal Agents” and being found innocent of that, they were charged with and found guilty of the “Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.” The felony for which they used the firearms, that being the murder of federal agents, was a charge of which all Davidians were found innocent. When they argued that there was no felony they committed as they did not murder any federal agents and therefore could not have used firearms in the commission of any felony since the jury decided there was no murder, and hence no felony, the judge stated that the laws did not need to make sense. The judge went on to sentence them to 25 years each. This is the tyranny that the Hutaree opposed because most Americans were too lazy, ignorant, or plain stupid to demand an end to what the government was doing. The government shot and slaughtered Davidians that were walking back from town and they were left outside for days to be eaten by dogs. Yet, few Americans took the time to watch “Waco –Rules of Enagagement” or “Waco – New Revelations”

In retaliation for this slaughter Timothy McVeigh bombed the Murrah Federal Building. The FBI, in a case of mistaken identity and complicity in the bombing, grotesquely tortured and finally murdered Kenneth Trentadue. His body was beaten from the top of his head to, literally, the bottom of his feet. His cell was coated in blood. This body was pumped full of drugs designed to keep him conscious and in extreme pain. The FBI then lied and claimed he had AIDS and sanitized the murder scene and claimed he committed suicide, apparently by beating himself to death. Kenneth Trentadue’s attorney brother, Jesse Trentadue, had to fight the government to prevent the government from incinerating the corpse. The corpse was so mutilated that a closed-casket funeral had to be conducted. Months later the crime scene walls all still glowed under a florescent light designed to identify blood splatters. The Justice Department conducted a cover-up of the crime. The key person obstructing the investigation was Eric Holder who went on to be rewarded as Obama’s Attorney General.

Kenneth Michael Trentadue’s brother, Jesse Trentadue, has embarked on a fearless campaign to uncover the truth behind his brother’s death, and the evidence that he has gathered in the process clearly indicates that the FBI have been killing witnesses who have direct knowledge of the fact that the Oklahoma City bombing could not have gone ahead without the aid of FBI informants and that the government had prior knowledge of the attack on the Alfred P. Murrah building at least four months in advance.”

The Hutaree swore an oath to defend Americans from this type of police state abuse. They were not an enemy of the people, but sought to defend Americans from what is coming in the near future. Just as the government machine-gunned Davidian women and children, just as they executed Randy Weaver’s wife and son, just as they tortured and summarily executed Derek Hale and Kenneth Trentadue, so will our government murder more Americans when it serves its political purposes. The Hutaree sought to save Americans from a criminal government that will do and say anything to manipulate people into believing its lies and fabrications so as to manufacture public consent for government theft, torture and murder. The citizens of America need wake up and realize they need groups like the Hutaree to be protected from such a government as we now have.

Next, the police slaughtered Iraq War veteran Derek Hale as he laid paralyzed in his vomit after being tasered three times. The police lied and made false accusations that once again the media, acting as a government propaganda arm in keeping the truth from the American people, continued to support every government lie in support of torture and murder by our police state. So, Americans can be fools and decide to believe the government and media lies about the Hutaree Militia, but the fact is the Hutaree viewed Americans as their friends and would be willing to lay doen their lives in service to “We the People”. They were not interested in killing for government, police state institutions, wealth, or gaining land and power, but in defense of the people. There was not a single one that was interested in killing Americans; they were only concerned with saving the people from a tyranny that will surely come.

One of the Hutaree was an FBI informant that was put in place to steer the conversation and get people to engage in speech protected under the 1st Amendment, but for which the government seeks to criminalize. It was hateful speech, but there was never a single action taken to implement any operation or further any plan. The talk occurred as they were talking about bar rooms and strippers and lasted about as long as it took to pass a police car on the side of the road. This government informant taught the Hutaree how to make bombs. The prosecution then demanded the government hold the Hutaree because there was instruction on bomb-building. When the judge asked who was providing the bomb-building instruction, the FBI admitted it was their snitch and he was instructed to do so by the FBI.

All these nonsensical charges have been put in place by a government that now has 40 private intelligence corporations, with 850,000 people with top-secret clearances who have placed over 1,000,000 people on the Terrorist Watch List.,

So, the FBI sends agents to teach people to build bombs and then prosecutes them for having listened to FBI agents. This is the type of tyranny the Hutaree oppose.

Americans should see that, like the financial crimes in which banks were deemed too big to fail or prosecute, the crimes committed by the police state likewise have become too big to stop or prosecute. Every atrocity becomes greater while the excuses become more ridiculous and the media more obsequious. The crimes have become so great that it has become impossible to prosecute the crooks because they are all crooks that are running the system.

It should be plain to all Americans that the time to act is now. The government has detention camps set up. It has emplaced its police state legalisms that violate our rights as sovereign citizens under a constitution. It has placed us on a path to ruinous wars, global conspiracies and foreign and domestic tyrannies. It has left us victim to corporate theft writ large.

Now our Dictator-in-Chief claims the right to torture and murder Americans based on his discretion alone. It is this dictatorship that the Hutaree hated and from which they would be willing to lay down their lives to protect Americans. The Hutaree stood willing to defend Americans from such tyranny while police most assuredly would do nothing except as they were told. Are any of you who are reading this message training and organizing to oppose Obama’s claim to the right to torture and murder Americans? Did any of you bother to read and investigate the crimes at Waco, Ruby Ridge, the OKC torture and murder, or the slaughter of Derek Hale? It seems to me the Hutaree were the sane actors and the rest of the populous has their head up their hind end and are willing to believe whatever propaganda the government pushes through a media that is controlled by government/corporate interests.

It should be apparent to Americans that things will only get worse. Government abuse and tyranny will only increase. Private corporation have now partnered with government and are protected so as to engage in private tyrannies too numerous to name without fear of prosecution. Private corporations are allowed to spy, they are allowed to kill, they are allowed to torture and they are allowed to hack and destroy computer networks with impunity. This is fascism, plain and simple. Meanwhile, the people who control such corporations, people like Erik Prince and Dick Cheny are allowed to run criminal rackets. Cheney’s Haliburton paid one quarter of a billion dollars to Nigeria to prevent Cheney from being charged with bribery while he was Halliburton’s CEO.

“A former Blackwater employee and an ex-US Marine who has worked as a security operative for the company have made a series of explosive allegations in sworn statements filed on August 3 in federal court in Virginia. The two men claim that the company’s owner, Erik Prince, may have murdered or facilitated the murder of individuals who were cooperating with federal authorities investigating the company. The former employee also alleges that Prince “views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe,” and that Prince’s companies “encouraged and rewarded the destruction of Iraqi life.”

Now the Federal reserve is printing out TRILLIONS of dollars to give to foreign banks. All this money steals its value from the existing money Americans have earned and saved. While Congress has to appropriate even a few thousand dollars, the Federal Reserve is allowed to print trillions upon trillions of dollars and give it away at taxpayer expense.

We have one last chance to stop this police state fascism. We can sit by and hope they will allow us a few freedoms, or we can ensure we safeguard our liberties over government power.

One thing you can be sure of is that government will not protect our liberties. It seems the sheeple are eager to surrender their liberty for the illusion of security to be saved from the Hutaree who were never a threat to Americans. Yet, all the Hutaree ever wanted to do was save Americans from the increasing tyranny our government perpetrates on a daily basis and to place government on notice. So, who is the real threat to the public, the Hutaree or the government? The time will come when it is universally understood that it was the Hutaree members who were patriots.
