Reparations Were Already Paid

Thank you so much for posting this. I totally agree.. I am posting my thoughts in part with the Kaepernick story,
because the reparations angle fits on this article also.. So this is about Colin Kaepernick and reparations both..

Colin Kaepernick is a washed up has been football player. I want to know, who keeps putting
microphones in front of him for his opinions? And why? His opinion does not matter at all.
The press needs to let him fade away into obscurity just as other ex-football players have.
Shame on the press, and shame on Nike for listening to him. Women should be upset with
him doing away with one of their own’s great figures from the revolutionary war.

Slavery? This nation was NOT born on the idea of slavery as he is suggesting. Slavery is
a human condition that has gone on since human beings have been on the planet. Just
because the practice continued during the formation of this country does not mean it was
formed because of it. Quite to the contrary, the ingrates such as Colin are ignoring the
sacrifice so many white men made to reverse slavery in this country. Where is the gratitude
for my forefathers leaving their families to march down into some swamp in the South to
free his slave relatives? Where is the reparations for that, when so many lost their lives
and never saw their families again? All he can do is whine about his causes and ignore
the great men that freed the slaves. Their sacrifice to erase the plague of slavery is
totally ignored by these whining ingrates. I am very sick of these whiners myself.

Make sure and not buy anything from Egypt or the middle east Colin. Make sure
and never visit the pyramids or any great temples in Europe or the mid east as most
of them were built with slave labor. Make sure and boycott anything made in any
European country or Middle Eastern country, as at some point everyone was a slave
to the Roman Empire, the Greek Empires in Europe at some point in history,
or to the Egyptian dynasties in the Middle East. So, if it’s slavery you are boycotting,
their is a real long history of it, and it goes way beyond the slavery in this country.
Basically you would have to boycott the entire planet, because slavery existed since
biblical times pretty much everywhere in the world at some point. Every continent,
every culture, has had slavery in the past. So get real with your boycott. Boycott
them all and everything Colin, and quit being such a whining phony please.
Use some of your football money and fame to give reparations for those who lost
their lives to die for freeing your forefathers. I am sure that their families today
would love to be respected for their kins sacrifice, instead of listening to your
constant whining.
