Did General Petraeus Betray Us--the American People?

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

General David Petraeus and Hot Lover Paula Broadwell

FACT: Ex-CIA Director and retired U.S. Army General David Petraeus was caught with his “pants on the ground” after an affair was exposed by the FBI that they had a torrid, salacious affair.

FACT: Appearing before Congress as CIA Director just prior to the presidential election, Petraeus testified that the Benghazi spontaneous uprising was a flash mob resulting from the controversial and provocative video/movie against Muslims/Islam, which has since been proven to be a falsehood.

FACT: Just three days after the presidential election and five days before he was scheduled to testify before congressional intelligence committees, Petraeus resigned.

FACT: In September 2007, Moveon.org published a damning full-page ad in the The New York Times about the provocative headline “General Petraeus or General Betray Us?  Cooking the books for the White House.”

FACT: The U.S. Senate in a 72-25 vote condemned the full-page ad that appeared in The New York Times as Gen. David Petraeus, the top military commander in Iraq at the time, testified on Capitol Hill.

————————————————————————————-

QUERY: In light of all that has been leaking out on this torrid love affair, the question is begged: Did Moveon.org make a prophetic claim back in 2007 about the now self-imploded general?  Is this affair all part of the huge, growing Benghazi-gate coverup by the Obama administration?  Did General Petraeus really betray the American people?  Stay tuned.

Hmmmmmmm??? If this extra-marital affair was so scandulous…..how do you account for the behavior of President Clinton when he was in office??????? He must have spent a fortune buying cigars!!! Should the President have been fired??? You can bet your bottom dollar there is something shady about all of this…..if they ask for resignations from all our leaders who have had scandulous affairs, there would be nobody to run the country. Our leaders are absolutely short on integrity, morals, and the intelligience to run a country.

Who cares if he “resigned.” Subpoena him to testify, even if we think he will lie. If he refuses, imprison him like they would any civilian. I see that there is already a movement in our government to do this.
