Japan should do exactly that — shoot down any missile flying in it or towards it.
They cannot just let the missile fly over not knowing whethere it will detonate a nuke warhead on it. That’s insane. Besides, while Japan it against nukes, it is also one of the top technology nations, so it probably has the ability to shoot down any such NK missiles..& should.
