BERTRAND DAILY REPORT The War For Your Mind & Soul Continues

Friends and Associates:

Many of you reading this have been in war zones before, but if you haven’t…..come hang-out with me in the southwest desert of Arizona for a dose of reality on a virtual scale that points to a war soon in our hemisphere.

Day and night, various fighter jets bomb electronic targets, using mostly laser technology to mimic the real thing on targets computer generated on screens in the cockpit and at range control a.k.a. “Snake Eyes.”

Monitoring their communications is like camping-out in the desert of Afghanistan, including operations on-the-ground with an invading force….illegal aliens in my location, and being in the center of the entire operation between war training and U.S. Border Patrol helicopters, the Predator Drone(s), to USBP boots on the ground, there is enough activity (here) to keep one’s senses active.

Occasional live bombings can be heard in the distance and daily sonic booms increases the reality of what might be on the horizon soon in Venezuela.

The latest actions in Venezuela should be of major concern for our hemisphere…..

The propaganda is hard to decipher as reports that Nicolas Maduro (reported by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo) was actually on a plane, ready for departure to Havana Cuba, but was stopped at the very last moment by Russian calls to NOT leave. However, Maduro in the video below adamantly denies that actually happened.

We’re seeing Maduro’s army running down civilian protestors and live rounds being fired.

The opposition leader, Guaido is stating he has the military backing him and alleged that he had control of La Carlota Military Base, of which Maduro says did not happen.

It appears the Trump Administration is between a rock and a hard spot over what to do with Venezuela, which is a threat to the entire hemisphere under a Communist Dictator, including a nice new base for Russia, while the potential for WWIII is a reality as a result of a potential attack by the U.S.

This is a time when Trump can counter the Deep State’s ultimate plan to bring America into a thermal nuclear war by negotiating a deal with Russia over the future of Venezuela.

On the other hand though……

The United States occupies bases in all hemispheres to counter both China and Russia if need be. And if we follow and believe the fakestream media, you would think Russia is the number one problem, but reality says…it’s actually China, a country that’s 100% Communist and (protected) by the Deep State.

China is in South America and Central America, including Mexico. They own the Panama Canal, a strategic passage for ships, handed-over to the Chinese by Jimmy Carter.

The Deep State have promoted China and provided China technology, thanks to Bill Clinton….while Bush pushed manufacturing out of America to China while Russia remains the focus of Deep State anxiety.

But….is it America’s anxiety or the European Union’s anxiety that promised Russia that NATO would(never) occupy the former Soviet Satellite countries following the Cold War ? NATO expansion is now in all eastern European countries.

The damn if you do or damn if you don’t support NATO would be a sign of weakness if Trump pulled all U.S. forces out of NATO and COULD prompt Russia to expand westward territorially or with natural gas / oil pipelines. And of course, the EU would gladly accept Russian oil to stick it to Trump if he decided to pull all troops from NATO.

The balancing act is all about Shell, BP, Chevron, control versus Russian gas and oil.

“As Steve Quayle warns us, Venezuela is really about the control of Venezuela’s oil and with both Russia and China now there, effectively encircling and containing the US, and pushing us closer towards the globalists end game, the destruction of the US.”

Who is in control of the oil industry worldwide??

The Deep State / Illuminati at the very top of the pyramid control the world via the oil and gas industry and in-turn control the various governments around the world. If one leader gets out-of-control and defies the Deep State wishes, he is either assassinated by any one of [their] intelligence agencies, or exiled by a ‘Coup.’

The push to destroy the Deep State by collapsing their financial empire and going after their Achilles’ Heel (weak point) pedophilia and child sex trafficking, is a step in the right direction by Trump’s Military Alliance, while the Military Tribunals coming soon will make the Nuremburg Trials look like an O.J. Simpson clown show.

One of the top ~13 families that run the entire world, the Rothschild’s are already selling-off assets around the world, because….if correct, they and others of their incest bloodline will lose their assets if and when they are convicted of crimes against humanity.

Another one to watch is the [Royal] families of [The House of Saud] (Arabia), a country that likes to cut-off heads of gay people, as a display of [righteousness], while sitting on the United Nation’s Human Rights Council. Or…their anti-coup operation that ended-up being America’s Las Vegas Massacre [cover-up] operation, a perfect false flag for the Deep State to inject the “lone gunman” story to go after the 2nd amendment (again).

The world is a delicate balancing act with some very (few) dangerous and demonic families controlling, not only our government, but other countries as well.

There CANNOT be just one (human) leader of the world, as the Deep State has pushed for over a century with their New World Order plans, (of which GHWB), the leading mouthpiece for the Deep State stated at the United Nations on 9/11/91 no less about the New World Order…..a warning we could not perceive would be the false flag attack on 9/11/01 ten years later. Coincidence? “Q” [There Are No Coincidences].

The hidden and secret plans for world control, including what can happen between the U.S. and Venezuela / Russia are ALREADY in the playbook music script and like an well tuned orchestra playing over my head with military jet training…..when that music stops and the orchestra leaves the stage, war in Venezuela will be likely.

I’ve seen it before in this desert of Arizona when the U.S. went into Syria, all military training in my area had ceased a day or so before.

The trick to solving the problem in Venezuela and keeping Maduro from spreading Communism deep into South America and Central America, while avoiding a war with Russia, requires (NOW) a well planned Trump solution and that my friends, might be impossible.

Planet earth is a warring prison planet and the future is written (not only in the stars) but written in stone before we were born. It’s all a balancing act of good versus evil, the negative / positive charge that keeps the third dimension cohesive.

Pompeo Threatens Military Intervention After Maduro Declares Victory Over ‘Attempted Coup’

Update (7:16 am ET): Here we go again…

Now that the monthslong simmering rebellion against Maduro has exploded into a full-fledged uprising – one that’s in danger of being brutally suppressed by the Maduro regime – it’s time for the US to revive its threats of military intervention with the added subtext of ‘this time, we mean it’.

After footage from yesterday’s riots showed regime tanks brutally crushing opposition supporters, Mike Pompeo appeared on Fox Business this morning and said that the US hasn’t ruled out military intervention.

His comments come as supporters of the regime and opposition prepare to take to the streets for another wave of massive demonstrations on Wednesday.

Venezuelan opposition leader and self-proclaimed president Juan Guaido has called for a second day of street protests on Wednesday, but after the Venezuelan government successfully beat back the Guaido-led “popular uprising” – as the vast majority of Venezuela’s military remained loyal to Nicolas Maduro – it’s looks like the Russia- and China-backed socialist regime has resisted this latest challenge to its rule.

The coup attempt was hardly bloodless – there were horrifying incidences of extreme violence – but for all the jawboning from President Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and NSA John Bolton, it appears Guaido’s most prolific attempt yet to force Maduro from power was a spectacular failure. Some members of the military defected, but Maduro by and large retained control over the military and other levers of power. Presenting a surprising lack of confidence in Guaido, opposition supporters celebrated the release of Leopoldo Lopez from house arrest, the former opposition leader immediately sought refuge in the Chilean embassy.

Late on Tuesday, Maduro took to twitter to thank the supporters of his regime who took to the streets to help suppress the rebellion, and the leaders who stood up for the Bolivarian revolution.

Flanked by military leaders, Maduro delivered a speech where he demanded that all opposition supporters who participated in the day’s violent skirmishes must be identified and arrested, and he bragged that the military base at La Carlota resisted a takeover attempt.

In honor of May Day, widely celebrated as International Workers Day, Maduro called for supporters to take to the streets for a ‘millions-strong march’.

“Tomorrow, the first of May, we will have a large, millions-strong march of the working class,” Maduro said in a Tuesday “We have been confronting different types of aggression and attempted coups never before seen in our history.”

Forming an  unusual alliance, it appears CNN has joined the Trump administration in spreading disinformation about the events in  Venezuela to try and destabilize the regime.

Still, Guaido hasn’t given up yet, calling for his “Operation Liberty” to continue on Wednesday, he asked opposition supporters to take to the streets for the ‘largest march in history’ (though, after seeing footage of opposition supporters being crushed by a tank on Tuesday, we imagine that some might have second thoughts).

Meanwhile, Russia’s foreign ministry has said Pompeo’s claim that Moscow had convinced Maduro to resist the coup and cling to power was “fake news”.

Pompeo said Tuesday that Maduro had intended to step down, but Russia had convinced him to stay. “Washington tried its best to demoralise the Venezuelan army and now [has] used fakes as a part of an information war,” Moscow spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told CNN on Wednesday.

As Venezuelans prepare for a second day of unrest, the number of dead and wounded in Tuesday’s clashes hasn’t yet been reported.
