Zelensky: Ukraine loses 60-100 military killed and about 500 wounded daily

The daily combat losses of Ukraine are about 60-100 soldiers killed and about 500 wounded. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview published on Tuesday with Newsmax TV channel.

‘The situation in the east of Ukraine is very difficult. Every day we lose from 60 to 100 soldiers killed and something like 500 people wounded in battle,’ he said. The interview with the President of Ukraine, who spoke Ukrainian, was broadcast in English translation.

Zelensky also said that Ukraine does not intend to cede its territories, but the difficulties associated with them can be discussed. ‘We are not ready to cede any of our territories, but with some territories, there are certain difficulties, details. These difficulties can be discussed,’ he said.

Zelensky added that ‘such discussions are necessary to start resolving these difficulties and challenges through diplomatic channels, otherwise nothing will work.’

Across the frontlines of the US/EU sponsored conflict Ukrainians, civilians and Ukrainian troops flee across the constantly moving frontiers to the Russian occupied zones.

Vladimir Rogov in the Zaporozhye region, says that unlike the Kherson region Zaporozhye, has not yet come under the full control of Russian troops. ‘When do you think Zaporozhye will be completely liberated? Are there any predictions?’

‘Today, about 70% of the Zaporozhye region has been liberated. A little less than a third is still under the control of the regime of Vladimir Zelensky. But in the minds and behaviour of its representatives, there is panic, constant discussions about evacuation, the removal of everything of value. And constant statements contradicting each other. 

‘I’m not ready to say how long it will take to liberate the entire Zaporozhye region. It must be understood that despite the fact that less than a third of the territory remains under the control of the Zelensky regime, unfortunately, the city of Zaporozhye, where almost half of the population of the region lives, remains under their control. 

‘But at the same time, there is a mass exodus from Zaporozhye to the liberated territories. People want to be with Russia, people go to Russia. They make a clear choice, and we see constant queues for many kilometres at checkpoints to get here. People leave with their families, children, and the elderly, they want peace, they want the Russian world in the literal sense. 

Asked about the mood of ordinary people in those territories that are still controlled by Ukraine? ‘If we talk about the mood in Zaporozhye, then today, of course, terror reigns there, physical lawlessness on the part of the so-called ‘teriks’ and this is what the people call territorial defence. 

Provocations and persecution from the SBU, plus the massive importation of residents of Galicia, that is, militants, ultras from Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil. They treat the Cossack with disdain and boorishness, they often exert physical pressure on people, and people are robbed at checkpoints. 

People are unhappy, to say the least. And history is more than proof of that. We launched a bot in Telegram. And this bot was written by the Cossacks, who were forced to go to war, who were forced to kill and die, which, naturally, they did not want to do and do not want to. 

They wrote to me, they said they wanted to go over to the peaceful side. We contacted them and agreed on the time and place and other details of their transition to the peaceful side, and they themselves suggested that they could take more weapons so that they would not shoot and kill people. In the end, when we met with them, this transition happened, thank God.

In the future, when our native land will be completely liberated from the power of the American-backed ultras and drug addicts, together with them we will restore and return the once flourishing land to its normal state, which it should be.  Zaporozhye region is the second Krasnodar region.
