Ukraine’s Special Forces Are Picking Off Putin’s Military Commanders One by One - Maxim Tucker Video

The recent increase in attacks happening within Russia are giving creedence to the existence of Ukranian special forces groups actively crossing borders into Russian territory to attack city inferstructures and military targets. These actions are effective in disrupting the daily routines of Russian citizens by bringing home the war raging in Ukraine while the steady loss of Russian military command officers results in a drop in overall troop morale. 

In this 9 August 2023 for Times Radio by reporter Maxim Tucker, the discussion turns to the Ukraine special forces taking out Putin’s commanders inside Russian territory. Maxim Tucker says the elite ‘Shaman’ forces have grown to the size of a battalion in the year since their existence was first revealed. 

A strange component of this video footage concerns Maxim’s comment about Ukraine seeking to hold meaningful peace talks with Russia, which must be Britian’s perception, but is not true. Various other sources have repeatedly stated that Russia has been the side to seek peace negotiations with Ukraine only to be violently rebuffed.

Ukraine has launched a series of special operations aimed at disrupting Russia’s defence capabilities. This special operations are being coordinated by Major General Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukrainian military intelligence, and include sabotage attacks on factories, oil refineries and railway networks, causing significant damage to Russia’s logistics supply. 

The Ukrainians have also recruited agents across Russia for coordinated actions, delivering a strong message to Russian President Vladimir Putin that no place is safe from their attacks. The Ukrainian special operations, reminiscent of the Second World War’s special operations have expanded beyond traditional military tactics, with recruited agents who have undergone sabotage training, while special forces provide support and coordination. 

Disaffected individuals across Russia have also align themselves with the Ukrainian cause, creating a network of terror cells aiming to disrupt Russian operations.

“It’s all about sending messages to Vladimir Putin and to the Russians and that they can still be attacked inside their home country where they think they’re safe”, says former British Army Intelligence Office Philip Ingram.
