This was not a Solar Flare issue.
Canada and Mexico reported zero electrical interference (as of today) in any electrical system, which if had been a Solar Flare Disruption, would have also produced outages in one or both of those countries as well. In addition, if it had been Solar Flare Disruption to the cell towers here, you would have seen other electrical systems also disrupted/damaged, which as of this time/date (2/23/24) has not been reported to have occurred anywhere.
Of course, these reports may come out on a later date, but as of right now, there is no indication whatsoever that this “Cell Phone Tower” disruption event was organic,… meaning it was made to happen, by “our” agencies such as the NSA which is the same criminal cartel that created and released the STUXNET Virus, which was a 100% CRIMINAL ACT!

The Chinese/Russians would not dump an ace-in-the-hole tactic like cyber-attacking our cell phone network with so a low impact result, as this would expose the firewall breach mechanism that was used, which would allow us to correct that cyber-defense weakness.
If a foreign gov’t is going to launch a cyber-attack, they will launch a fully disabling one that would take days if not weeks (or longer) to repair.
