What does the population do if and when it discovers they are being ruled by criminals intent on eating them?
They are not some monsters to be afraid of.
They are human just like them.
Tick tick tick.
That is the bomb waiting to go off.
100% exposure.

1000% monstrous.
The human rage will rip out all their innards and feed them to the jackals, feed them to the vultures, feed them to the lions.
