The first link is the most recent proof that “professionals” are aware of a recurring phenomenon that quite often correlates with “unexpected,” severe weather. In the video linked below, professionals, themselves, releaseterminologyto depict anomalies now frequently observed in radar-returns viewed on official weather sites: “Circle Sweeps,” “Square Waves,” and “Sawtooth Sweeps.”

The terms I’ve coined this past year to describe these observations were “HAARP Rings,” “Scalar Squares,” and “Stair-step Patterns.” My references and those of these professionals both refer to the exact same process: spikes of frequency are emitted from ground-based facilities (like H.A.A.R.P. in Alaska, for instance) to HEAT the upper atmosphere (and beyond) via Very High Frequency, VHF, and also VLF, Very Low Frequency, andthey produce a predictable outcome via a process called “Efficiency Scaling”… a term that describes the change from VLF into VHF that is occurring in the upper ionosphere.

This is not just limited to the Alaska facility, but that huge antennae array serves as a good example. Hundreds of ground based stations exist WORLD WIDE! Other countries have their own arrays: Russia, China, and the EU, just to name a few. We are not the only country taking part in this fiasco/tragedy.

Simply put, Weather Modification has taken a dark turn: we are being experimented upon at the very least, and the weather is getting worse because of the processes being used right above us each day.

This needs to stop ASAP! Injury, death, loss of property, home, possessions — this has gone FAR BEYOND the level of “experimentation.” Several of these storms have been accented or possibly even CREATED/DRAWN INTO these frequency injections. At this point, there is NO WAY that “they” (the NWS national weather service and professionals involved) can NOT know this effect is produced by systems at work! They acknowledge the presence of frequencies by assigning terminology for them; and it is statistically impossible to miss the correlation of “Circle Sweeps,” “Square Waves,” and “Sawtooth Sweeps” to subsequent disasters.

The Geometric Modulation is done in a PLANNED MANNER: there is no accident about it; and we’ve documented with 100% certainty that the sites being usedare NWS Nexrad sites. It mustsaid that SEVERAL NWS/Nexrad sites are seen with direct tornado hits one to two days after frequency spikes. As it happens, these direct hits are at AIRPORTS where the Nexrads are located… Dallas Fort Worth, yesterday (4/3/2012) … Lambert St. Louis Airport last year .. Tampa International, also 2011 … Red Cloud, Nebraska, 2011… intersection of Hwy 92 & 83 North of N. Platte NE, 2011, five times… Rayne, Louisiana, 2011… Hopkinsville, Kentucky, 2011… Key West Florida, 2011, three times …

This list goes on… and one thing remains the same in EACH instance… a FLASH into high frequency was seen one to two days BEFORE the storms hit those locations directly with tornadoes. This was documented each time the above disasters occurred! Screenshots from official weather sites were taken and videos were released in advance, while forecasts of severe weatherwere absent.
