Is the Judiciary the enemy of a Nation State?

Interesting decision by a High Court judge in Belfast who has determined, in his infinite wisdom, that the UK Government cannot deport any migrant residing in Northern Ireland! Not so much as one.

The judge at NI’s High Court said the law breaches the Windsor Framework. It is the revised post-Brexit deal agreed between the UK and EU last year. The ruling raises significant questions about the long-term viability of the plan to refuse some asylum seekers a hearing and send them to Rwanda.

In his ruling, Mr Justice Humphreys also declared parts of the act to be incompatible with the European Convention on Human Rights – an ultimate sanction from a UK court which sends unworkable legislation back to UK Parliament to be rethought.

Now I fully accept that the Rwanda plan is all contrived PR huff and puff from Spivvy Sunak and that it will never actually happen in any meaningful way but even the PROSPECT of the UK deporting one illegal migrant causes our Judiciary to swing into action and stop it! Justice Humphreys is clear that all migrants who have reached Northern Ireland must NOT be deported. In theory, if EVERY migrant in England came to Northern Ireland, they have to be welcomed, fed and accommodated, and have 100% confidence that they can stay here. Some local politicians bask in the glow of this insanity! The fact that all our public services would be overwhelmed does not dent their virtue signalling smugness. The Government says it will appeal this judgement and by that time that goes to the Supreme Court we will have had the General Election and Labour will have won. It is Labour Policy to fully repel that Rwanda Act so in a sense it is much ado about nothing!

Another aspect of this is that any of these migrants now given full deportation protection in Northern Ireland can easily move to the Irish Republic. They just need to catch a bus! Here, they are provided with even greater welfare benefits. In a delicious irony, it was the Irish Government that insisted there be an Open border with no checks and now they risk their country taking all the migrants that the UK rejects!

The truth of the matter that the entire British establishment is dedicated to ensuring that the UK accepts as many migrants that want to come here. The Great Replacement is a cornerstone of the New World Order plan and the Judiciary is part of it in my opinion.
