Ocran Leaks, Why Are You Measuring The Girth On These Nuts?

Hearst and I have had several conversations about the actual identity of Ocran Leaks. Between us we both deduced that Ocran Leaks is none other than Dámaso López Serrano aka El Mini Lic. The conclusion we came to was fairly easy to make. But nothing else came about it until a person by the name of Camilo Ochoa released his video online. 

Camilo Ochoa is originally from Mazatlán Sinaloa. And he was once a part of the drug trafficking business. He was once in charge of the Mazatlán plaza between 2014 and 2015. In addition he was also imprisoned for seven years due to trafficking. Borderland Beat has consulted with a Cartel de Sinaloa source who verified that Camilo Ochoa would lead a 50 vehicle convoy during his time in the drug game. 

Mr. Ochoa became an online content creator after having apparently left the Mexican drug world behind him. And he didn’t have any problems whatsoever putting Dámaso López Serrano on blast for the alleged lies that El Mini lic has been claiming on his Youtube channel. 

I’m currently in the town of El Dorado strolling at ease. In the terrains where you can’t come to anymore. I want you to see this. Mini Lic, this is what you let go, what you let go. Because you chose to shine a light on all of this, because you couldn’t show respect, because you placed anger into your father’s head, El Licenciado. You might as well take off that balaclava.

But nevertheless I have what I have because of me. It’s not because someone gave it to me. Despite all of this my father left me an inheritance and I haven’t touched any of it. You said that bullshit. And for what, to make me look bad?

Let’s talk about realities though. You tried to once again to mess with me. You and your father, both of you. I’m not the one who ran away from here. Well, in a panga boat towards Mexicali. I didn’t make an exit in a panga boat. Or did I? I wasn’t the one who asked my compadre for 5 million pesos when I left to Mexicali in a panga boat.

And if you think that you’re going to fill people’s heads with lies in the manner that you’re accustomed to, if you think that you’re going to fill people’s heads with lies. And why did this happen? Because you wanted to have him criminally prosecuted. Why did you want to prosecute him? Oh my God! You had all of your gunmen wearing plate carriers descend into the parking lot. Those sort of bullshit actions are the ways of a daydreamer, a fucking daydreamer. You live in a fantasy world, you’re not all there in the head. And why is this? I’ve spent 6 or 7 days drinking away. Without having slept. Perhaps with 250 grams of cocaine that I had on me then. 

Obviously, I wouldn’t sell my stash because that’s what I would consume. But despite all of this I never sunk to the level of doing the things you did. Try to remember that one time that you also wanted to have your secretary prosecuted. This came about after drinking for several days. You wanted to have him charged. He eventually left and you were handed over the mob. 

What I recall is that you had to be put into rehab. And that your dad was mad because we apparently abandoned you. Your dad didn’t understand that you would get too high for your own good. You had no control of what all illicit goods were being sold. These are the things that your father never knew about. If the city of Culiacán was lost, it was because of your own fault. 

Because of you your mob lost respect. You blindsided your father with lies. Which is the same thing that you’re trying to do on your Ocran Leaks podcast. I’m here without having to cover my face with a balaclava. I’m here in front of you. And I went inside your house. This is just the beginning of what you’re going to see here. This is just the beginning of what I have to bring.
