Either that or it is totally incompetent.
If the latter the more the war drags on the more the world will see just how incompetent the West is.
But I think the former.
USA loses all its wars and this is by design, cause as much havoc and destruction as possible, then leave.
That way you don’t have to bear the responsibility.
Why do they crave destruction so much.

Everyone is their enemy, including the USA and they don’t want the USA winning its wars as that would make it too powerful. They want the opposite, to bankrupt the USA, weaken it then finally destroy it.
This is the process. Destroy both sides. Bankrupt both sides. Demoralise both sides.
Destroy the world.
This is what they crave, global destruction and enslavement.
This is because that is the only world they know, a world of kaos, death and worst of all, loss of the precious soul.
