Putin orders Zelensky, and others, arrested, dead or alive.

Russia declared Volodymyr Zelensky along with other Ukrainian officials to be captured at all costs “alive or even dead”. 
Russian sources said that V. Zelensky and his gang are wanted for war crimes. This may have something to do with the terrorist attacks that took place inside Russia, such as the Crocus Hall attack, the murder of A. Dugin’s daughter, and other armed incidents.

This is an escalation move, a strategic move by Moscow that points to the next goal:
The current government of Ukraine is illegitimate.
This Russian claim will be strengthened by the end of V. Zelensky’s term on May 20.
Moscow’s next step will be the formation of a “Ukrainian government-in exile.

Presidential elections in Ukraine were scheduled for March 31, 2024, but did not take place due to martial law and general conscription.
And one more thing: Of course Russia can no longer negotiate with those wanted for war crimes…

We recall that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov himself stated that Russia may not have to recognize Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as the legitimate leader of Ukraine after his presidential term expires on May 21.
Based on the Russian decree, Russian special forces will now be able to arrest or kill V. Zelensky and his “clique” of officials as they are considered a threat to Russia’s national security.
Russia today launched a new phase in the Ukrainian war that is leading to a dramatic escalation of its relations with the West.

How will NATO and the West as a whole react if V. Zelensky is killed?
In more detail, the Russian Ministry of the Interior put V. Zelensky on the wanted list based on an article of the Criminal Code.
A criminal case was filed against the President of Ukraine,  while the article for which the head of Kyiv is wanted has not been revealed.

Along with V. Zelensky, Moscow put P. Poroshenko on the wanted list
“Peter Alekseevich Poroshenko, September 26, 1965. Wanted under an article of the Criminal Code,” the Russian decree reads. The crime for which he is wanted has not been disclosed.

► The former head of the SBU Nalyvaichenko 
► The former Minister of Justice of Ukraine Petrenko 
► The former head of the National Bank of Ukraine Kubiv
