Monsanto Wins GMO Seed Case: SCOTUS Rules Against Indiana Farmer

In a long awaited decision, the US Supreme Court ruled that an Indiana farmer’s
planting of GMO soybean seeds violated Monsanto’s patent. The court’s unanimous decision rejected Vernon Bowman’s argument that he was not violating Monsanto’s patent.
The Supreme Court agreed with Monsanto on Monday that an Indiana farmer’s unorthodox planting of the company’s genetically modified soybeans violated the agricultural giant’s patent.
The court unanimously rejected farmer Vernon Hugh Bowman’s argument that he was not violating Monsanto’s patent because the company’s pesticide-resistent “Roundup Ready” soybeans replicate themselves. Justice Elena Kagan said there is no such “seeds-are-special” exception to the law. MOREHERE
The court did not give Monosanto a blanket protection ruling, however. Justice Elena Kagan said that this case “rather than every one involving a self-replicating product.”

The hilarious thing that the article doesn’t mention is that Monsanto created RoundUP. LMAO! Now we see the sinister game they are playing.
You’re right, the whole reason for gmo from Monsanto in the first place was so farmers could spray Roundup on their crops and kill only the weeds in the field and not the crops – and so it began. Next is the added gene that grows salmon bigger and faster for market, which then pollutes the sea and all salmon have this new trait, no one knows what happens in generation two. Then modifying sheep so they glow in the dark. LOL, who cares what happens to your sweater or pair of socks. Then there is the next level in the food chain, humans, what kinds of problems will this cause for us, who cares, soon there will be gmo humans that both glow in the dark and grow bigger and faster for pro basketball teams.
And the roundup resistant GMO plant then will tolerate heavier doses of roundup applied by farmer Aswipe, and Mr Aswipe loves the stuff because he hates weeds thus increasing pesticide sales from Monsanto, and increasing your dose of toxic pesticides at the dinner table.
Later, you may get diseases from ingesting greater amounts of pesticide poison, or just the GMO itself, compliments of Monsanto, and you go to the hospital where the drug-pushing Doctor Feelgud gives you dangerous and toxic pharmaceutical poisons ( Monsanto company has forged a new partnership with Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc) perhaps even one of Monsantos drugs, then your new drug gives you more side effect problems, pretty soon Dr Feelgud has you on 7 prescriptions, the later 6 treating the side effects of the prior 6, and, well, quite a racket.
Eat organic, it’s much healthier,and it’s cheaper in the long run.

And I believe other than the FDA bought and paid for by Monsanto, it is possible, plausible, that Monsanto has also bought and paid for the Supreme Court.
folks listen ,, just a month ago .. monsanto wrote the bill.. congress passed the bill ,, an potus signed the bill that renders monsanto harmless in any court ..
an even if they are ever found harmful an the govnmt asks them to stop ,, monsanto doesn’t have to abide.
the passed law holds a corporation above the govnmt..
This is the kind of thing what happens when the President appoints radicals to his cabinet, makes them Czar’s, and directs departments with policy without going through the Constitution as required. Did you know for instance Obama was found guilty in a court of law for violating the Constitution when he appointed department heads while Congress was still in session?
