NY Sheriffs Join Lawsuit Against NY SAFE Act

A federal lawsuit has been filed against the State of New York by affiliates of the National Rifle Association (NRA). New York State’s Rifle and Pistol Association filed the lawsuit earlier this month claiming that “the SAFE Act is unconstitutional in that it violates the Second Amendment, the Equal Protection Clause, and is unconstitutionally vague.” Now, the New York State Sheriffs Association has joined as amicus curiae in the lawsuit to challenge the constitutionality of the NY SAFE Act.
The Oneida Dispatch reports,
Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol has been a member of the NYS Sheriff’s Association since taking office as sheriff in 2011, serves on several committees, and is currently serving as the association’s sergeant at arms.
“As soon as I learned of the potential to become part of this important process, I immediately advised the NYS Sheriff’s Association of my support for this action,” Maciol said.
The amicus brief will support the main suit by setting forth legal arguments against the NY SAFE Act specifically from the view of law enforcement. Some of the arguments contained in the brief are that the law impinges upon the Second Amendment to a degree that renders it unconstitutional; that the law is fatally vague; and that the law does not provide sufficient guidance to law enforcement.

Gun laws in the state of Israel are pretty strict. Relatively few private citizens have permission to own firearms and there are tight limits on how much ammunition they can possess at one time. But a mass shooting at an Israeli bank last week might end up leading the Israeli government to tighten restrictions even further.
It was the kind of thing that just does not happen in Israel. A disgruntled customer walked into a bank in the southern city of Beersheba last week. He took out a handgun and opened fire, killing four people and injuring three. Then he shot and killed himself. The gunman was a former border police officer and security guard. He had a gun permit, but according to an Israeli TV report the shooter had not worked as a security guard for a decade.
Officials at Israel’s Ministry for Public Security says it is time to re-examine the country’s gun laws. “We don’t believe in a culture of firearms, or a culture of weapons,” said Moshe Dayan, who works on the licensing of firearms at the ministry.

Firearms are mostly reserved for the police, the army and other security agencies, Dayan said. If you want to dictate laws and ordinances to Israel, move to Israel Mayor Bloomberg. America has a Constitution and you are in violation of it with this NY Safe Act.
Like we can really trust the NRA or the Sheriffs. Lawsuits? Maybe you haven’t noticed, but all the judges are completely in the pockets of the politicians and freemasons… filing a lawsuit is nothing more than smoke and mirrors to delude the public, yet again, that you’re serving and protecting… yeah, serving yourselves and protecting criminally insane traitors.
Oh… this makes the Sheriffs think a constitutional line has been crossed? Outrageous. Someone want to point out to these block-heads where the real criminals are? We know that cops, judges… yadda yadda, are aware they are nothing more than paid thugs for empire. They need to join the human race, grow a conscious and begin behaving morally… behaving like a human being… as if you can’t see the horrific future YOU are bringing into fruition.
Rights are called rights because they are not wrongs. Some psychopaths writing some words on paper and calling it law is no excuse for blindly obeying rules. The more freedoms you enforce against the society you seem to think you are somehow above is also removing your freedoms… damaging your families and those you love.
The same chemtrails are raining down on you… the same poison coming out of your faucet… same lies on television, in the news, and you have aided and abetted it all on down the line.
Have you met your ticket quota yet? There is no honor in harassing your fellow man and neighbor for jaywalking while ignoring the larger and IN YOUR FACE REALITY… you are in the employ of traitorous criminals. Wake up cops.
