IRS Advises of Power Outage Ahead of Grid Ex Electricity Drill: “This service will be unavailable”
(The Daily Sheeple) Next week on November 13th and 14th the Department of Homeland Security will be engaging in a widespread power outage drill involving scores of international government agencies and business in an effort to test the viability of a national response plan in the event of a cyber attack, electro-magnetic pulse attack or solar flare.
The Grid Ex II drill has left many concerned that it may coincide with an actual “false flag” attack, much like similar drills that were taking place on September 11th, as well as in Boston during the recent bombing.
Speculation abounds about the coming power grid drills, and a recent alert issued by the IRS.gov web site isn’t helping quell fears.
The following message has appeared on at least 50 pages of the IRS.gov web site within the last 48 hours, though the alert is not being displayed on most areas of the site:
Planned Outage: November 9 — November 12, 2013This service will be unavailable beginning approximately 4:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, November 9, 2013 until approximately 7:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, due to a power outage. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Message forums on the internet suggest that many believe this may have something to do with the Grid Ex II drills, though no information from the IRS has been forthcoming.

If there was another Carrington Event, similar to an emp. There could be no fast response, because each burned out transformer would need replacing and they are all hand made. It would take decades to make enough transformers to start up a national energy grid. And that’s providing there are manufacturers with energy to make them.
The excuse used is disingenuine. If there was another Carrington Event in the USA, it would reduce the USA to the dark ages indefinitely.
72 hours is just about the amount of time it would probably take to convert the IRS HQ building’s electrical system off of the main power grid.
This could have something to do with ‘Acceptance For Value’ of the Property Taxes, which is now due.
Property Tax BILLS, under the Bills of Exchange ACT, are ‘Remittances’ which are defined as a ‘species of money’.
We turn them into the 3 IRS offices that Handle that form. Under clearinghouse rules, which are bank rules, they have 3 days to Clear the Item (it is a Financial Instrument) and accredit the accounts.
I had turned mine in on the 9th of this month. There is usually an 11 day turn around, before the County Posts the credit. I just checked the county tax office, and sure enough, nothing is posted.
It takes money away from the banksters and Rothschild.
I advise everyone to print out their bank statements, showing payments made, and their bills, showing they were sent in. This is used to seize land that this group Covets, under color of law. To prove that this is correct, print out the Bills of Exchange ACT, specifically Sec. 3; and the Uniform Commercial Code, which is its codified law, Under 3-409.

The drill is scheduled for Nov 13 and 14 NOT Nov 9-12!! Stop spreading false info and help people get prepared. You give them the wrong dates so people think its fake and then when it really happens they won’t be ready!! Get it Right!!
I normally try to disprove things so I did some background and it got interesting. The President spent this weekend in Florida. Tat means his administration d security was relocated. This happens every time he travels.
In the GRID scheme of the us Florida is the smallest Region on the grid. Its designation is FRCC. Florida is the only State unto itself . The rest of the Nations Grid Regions are multistate.
Florida stands on its on. The massive Savannah River Plant in Southern Georgia could easily meet the needs of a Southern White House, isolated from the rest of the US and surrounded by Military resources. Florida is home of the Military’s rapid response units, space program and Sothern Command.
The grid outage exercise is scheduled for the 13th and 14th.
The President has no Public Schedule for the 13th-15th.
And the power is still on!
