HAARP-Status Network Confirms Russian Woodpecker Noise From Russia's Most Powerful HAARP Device

Readings into the network have come with notes.  Over 17 receivers have confirmed the famous Russian Woodpecker noise on the radio has returned.

The Russian Woodpecker has been speculated to being the top dawg of all HAARP-devices.  When the sound was first discovered, the Western USA was put in a drought.  This year, a drought has struck California, that of which hasn’t been seen since the mid to late 70s, when the Russian Woodpecker was first heard. 

HAARP-Status network reporters are reporting strong signals over the United Kingdom and Southern Europe.  Strong signals are also developing along the Western United States once again.  New Zealand was moderate, but now has push to the red alert, which is a mod/high signal.

HAARP-Status signals could signal changing jet stream patterns and/or seismic events.
