Cop Charged With Kidnapping And Raping 20 Yr Old Woman At Gunpoint. (Video)

A woman who was a passenger in her friends car when he was arrested for DWI filed a very disturbing criminal complaint two weeks ago against Boynton Beach Police Officer Stephen Maiorino. In the complaint she states that after her friend was arrested and his car impounded that she had no ride home, so officer Maiorino offered to give her a ride to the police dept where she could call her mom or sister to come and get her.  But upon arrival at the Police Dept the victim said that officer Maiorino never let her leave the car. According to the woman’s Criminal complaint, he grabbed her and told her that unless she performed Oral sex on him,he would place her under arrest as well. 

The woman claims officer Maiorino then took her to a very secluded area where he made her strip down , remove her tampon and put her face down on the hood of his patrol car.  She than says that Officer Maiorino raped her with one hand on her back, and the other hand holding his gun.  She says she could see him holding his gun when she looked back while he was raping her. The Rape victim filed the complaint with the police 6 hours after he raped her, but they had to wait to charge officer Maiorino after the DNA evidence test came back positive from the used condom and under ware that police investigators found at the crime scene where the victim led them to.

I am so deeply disturbed after reading this criminal complaint about what this demon government agent did to this young woman I can barely get the words out. The more I think about how absolutely scared and powerless this young woman must have felt while this psychopath who is supposed to protect us woman from being raped, kidnapped, or murdered was actually doing the raping and kidnapping. 

Boynton Cop Stephen Maiorino Arrested for Raping Woman at Gunpoint (UPDATED with Gross Details and Probable Cause Affidavit)

A Boynton Beach Police officer is being charged with kidnapping and raping a 20-year-old woman who was a passenger in his patrol car.

Officer Stephen Maiorino was officially charged with armed sexual battery, armed kidnapping, and unlawful compensation or reward for official behavior. A criminal complaint was filed against Maiorino two weeks ago. But after a police investigation that included interviews, physical evidence, and DNA testing, official charges were filed, and Maiorino was placed under arrest Thursday.

The details in the probable-cause statement are lurid. According to that report, it all started after the victim’s friend was arrested for a DUI and his car was towed. With no ride, Maiorino offered to take the victim to the police department, where she could be picked up by her mother or sister. But once they got to the department, Maiorino wouldn’t let her leave the car. According to the report, he grabbed her and said that unless she performed oral sex on him, she would be arrested too.
