Engineered Arctic Storm Hits Southwestern United States As Planned

As we planned a day after Christmas, we returned to the array and switched them on, planning to bring an arctic storm into the Southwestern United States, with snow in Vegas and Southern California being reported this morning.

A major storm was pulled southward and impacted Southern California, with some areas surrounding Lake Elsinore seeing over 4″ of snowfall.  This is a very rare event it seems and we did it!  We were able to bring this storm directly down with this experiment.

Snowfall is being reported across Las Vegas, NV as well.  The image in the article is a rare sight of Lake Elsinore, CA covered in snow, elevation 1,400 feet.

Because we created such a big storm, it will cause widespread effects across the Central/Eastern United States, including an Ice Storm for Dallas.
