BREAKING:Video Surfaces Showing Cops Publicly Executing Unarmed Man As He Ran Away With His Hands Up

“I really thought they were just going walk up and tackle or tase him,” he said. “But they opened fire. His back was turned.” 

 

 

In what has become a very disturbing trend in America, another video has been released which shows the police shooting an unarmed man in a crowded plaza in front of more than a dozen witnesses that had his hands up. Apparently this all started when the Washington St police responded to a disturbance call around 5:00 pm near a food market. One eyewitness said that the man had thrown a large rock at a passing vehicle just before police arrived on scene.

 

Another witness stated that the man was carying a rock and may have tried to throw it at police. The video shows the man coming toward the officers, then turning and running away as police fired several shots at him.

 It was clear the man was running away from police when he was shot, Shannon  said. It happened in front of her young children.

 

He turned around to take off running and the cops just shot him,” she said. “All he was trying to do was walk away.”

I watched the Video and after 18 years in Law Enforcement I just do not see the justification. 1. Officers are trained to not endanger the Public, see how many people are around this shooting in cars and on foot, WOW this placed the public in danger when he clearly held up his hands. 2. There was 3 officers if he had no weapon why could they not use Soft Hand Techniques taught at academy or move up the use of force chart with hard hand techniques or non-lethal weapons then lethal weapons if they felt their life was in danger. I was not there myself but from the video I saw the Public was placed in danger by the police.

Witnesses: Pasco police kill rock-throwing suspect (w/video)

More than a dozen witnesses watched as Pasco police shot and killed a man Tuesday night near a crowded intersection by Fiesta Foods, a popular grocery store.

A cellphone video of the shooting posted to YouTube showed officers shooting the man outside Vinny’s Bakery and Cafe on Lewis Street as he ran away. 

Police did not release the man’s identity Tuesday night. It’s unclear in the video if he was armed and police say they are unsure if a weapon was found at the scene. 

Witnesses say the man picked up a rock and appeared like he wanted to fight officers who responded to a disturbance call about 5 p.m. near Fiesta Foods. One witness told the Herald the man threw a large rock at a passing vehicle shortly before police arrived.
