This is one of the weirdest things I have ever seen!   It at first appears to be a cloud but it begins moving closer to the person taking the video and then it gets really weird.  If you look closely you can see strange flashing lights inside this artificial cloud structure!     Is this a new type of drone that looks like a cloud?    My gut feeling is this is something pretty important because if you look at the comments in the Youtube video, the trolls are literally tripping over themselves saying it’s a plastic bag!  When I see this many obvious trolls descend on a video, there’s almost always something they are covering up!

It’s not a cloud, plastic bag, birds or insects that’s for sure!   I don’t know what it is but the only thing I can think of is some kind of a drone disguised as a cloud so it can hover and never be noticed!  It appears to be flying like a plane near the end and seems to be going down!
