Now they have the ability to change events in the present, as these AI quantum computers work in other dimensions they can easily make historic changes, and depending how far in the time-lines they go back most will not even know.
Although some people will know, or have heavy feelings that something has changed within their time-line.

Right now people see changes, due to the AI Quantum Computer learning, making changes as it learns.
Also scientist are busy putting theories to the test. Yes Theories, that have been on the shelf because the classical computer was limited, although it served them well.
Just the testing, and all the unknowns associated with the AI Quantum Computers can, and will cause changes in the time-lines.

CERN is made up of many Input/Output devices for The AI quantum computer (The Beast) Even a huge spherical plasma generator, some say they will connect Earth with Saturn using plasma.

Just imagine the types of input, and output devices they will create for the Quantum computers.
For certain they will be very advanced, and nothing like you ever seen.
Most cannot comprehend what is going on.

Another example is about voting, some claim votes was manipulated in some strange way.
Also Some people seem to notice the same politicians very strangely getting re-voted into office when it seemed impossible with their track record, etc.

Also one has to ask, just how long have they been secretly using these quantum computers.
