If you’ve been heavy metal toxified, this means that your negative charged minerals have been depleted dealing with the toxic positively charged minerals….so you will likely benefit from sulfur, baking soda, boron, silica… baking soda is important for pH but also for carbonates which are probably being used up. Essentially heavy metal poisoning means some parts of your body get hardened, and need to be softened.
Right now I’m doing baking soda, coconut oil and magnesium as much as possible on skin, and think it’s softening things up nicely.
You may be low in zinc, and it’s throwing off your copper, but that’s been an ongoing issue, since most population is low in zinc.
Essentially your blood may need cleaning… and your glands are probably drenched in fumes, and industrials chemicals.
Charcoal is your friend (as is clay), eat it, use charcoal with dish detergent to get at the real grime… the fumes may not be something that can be washed away with regular soap… I’m having great success with two times washing my hair with dish detergent, and my hair is definitely less tangly. I’m using it to break up the calcium deposits too, and I think it’s working. Regular soap is just not good enough to handle the industrial chemicals we are absorbing via the environment, food, water, air etc.
If your body is acidic, you essentially are prematurely aging and have created a potentially cancerous situation.
Oh, there’s also the radiation that is sky-high right now… soooo, this is further aging you, even more so if you are acidic.
Eating a diet based on cook food, is also prematuraly aging you, and also, you are not likely even digesting yoru food properly… AND if you acidic AND eating cooked food with no enzymes, you are definitely growing older before your time.
If you are drinking bottled water, there’s a good chance it’s either VOID OF MINERALS THAT YOU NEED, and ACIDIC… so you will need to add clay and a bit of baking soda to your water, to MIMIC NATURE, so that you can have healthy water.
If you are eating unhealthy food, your body is going to crave more food, because what you are eating, is not good enough… this leads to overeating, cravings that can’t be satiated, and overloading your body’s digestive system.
If you are not drinking enough water, AND you have an acidic body, AND you eat mostly cooked foods, AND are eating unhealthy foods, your numerous systems are destined to overload, one by one… it might be kinda slow, and you may not even notice.
