Hurricane Irma Mitigation with Radionics and Focused Intent (Explained in podcast above and in Phil Ledoux articles posted further below)
15Hz squarewave signal used to pulse larger SP Orgone Generator crystal with red mobius coil placed on top of most current Irma position map. Pulsing a crystal wrapped with a mobius coil will generate scalar waves which will amplify and broadcast the intentions programmed into the quartz crystal by your thoughts (scalar waves). This is an application of Radionics which caused Hurricanes Wilma and Rita to fizzle out in 2005.
