3. Starch is produced when a plant is hybridized. 
4. The original corn, wheat and rices would be starch-free. 
5. Modern foods are full of starch. 
6. Plants produce starch as ‘glue’ to bind the hybrid together. 
7. Basically there are NO health benefits to eating starch. 
8. Your body will have to ‘give up energy’ if it eats starch, OTHER THAN FILLING YOUR TUM TUM.
