Amid swirling controversy over free speech on his “X” social media platform, Elon Musk is now the target of multiple government investigations and stark criticism from such quarters as billionaire Marc Cuban and hackavist group, Anonymous, among others. Now, perhaps the ultimate assault is released, a challenge to Musk to debate the future of humanity in the form of a complete take down of his image and reputation that is fully weaponized. Those behind it are saying Musk must be ready for “a brutal, blistering and scathing review/rebuke, from which his career survival will be drawn into question because this will be a challenge to debate the future of humanity from which the true value of Musk will be determined for the world to see.”

In recent weeks Musk has offended people all over the world and in a number of industries while simultaneously causing concern for investors and ad executives and others, calling into question his suitability as a CEO and tech leader. According to a report from Fortune magazine, leading CEOs in America voted Elon the most overrated CEO in the country. To the contrary, Marshall took a computerized test in 2014 where he was rated as being like a CEO from the year 2040, a testament to his image as being a truly futuristic man. A man beyond tomorrow.

“In principle I don’t like liars and especially liars doing it in or about fields I’m professionally linked to. Musk has been doing this most of his career and able to get away with it until now. For instance, he claims he was a founder of Tesla, and it’s not true. He also lied about why he wasn’t at the last Davos event when he wasn’t even invited!”.

“There isn’t a single point I haven’t been able to expose his duplicity or lies,”, Marshall says, “In his totality, Elon Musk doesn’t care about humanity and he’s not going to start a new civilization on Mars. Hyperloop, Neuralink, self-driving capabilities, etc. it’s all BS and including 100% of what his fan base claims, especially his involvement in time travel development or space-time manipulations. If I’m wrong then he ought to have the courage to me face to face, man to man and debate the issue and prove me wrong. That is, if he has the guts which I doubt. He chickened out of both the cage fight and the debate with Mark Zuckerberg and as far as debate goes, on this issue, Zuckerberg would be a feather weight compared to me. So I am the challenge that matters.”

The challenge is said to be loaded with photos, videos and commentary, exposing Musk as a liar, fraud and worse. Judging from reports, it has everything needed to completely destroy Musk’s image as a great innovator who wants to save humanity.

Marshall cites a current law suit that Musk has trying to defend his free speech record against the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH)  which is failing. In a San Francisco federal court, Senior District Judge Charles Breyer repeatedly interrupted X’s attorney, pointing out the company failed to clear a key legal threshold to assert damages, ignoring an opportunity to bring a defamation case.

“You could have brought a defamation case; you didn’t bring a defamation case,” Judge Breyer told X attorney Jonathan Hawk. “And that’s significant. That’s significant.”

That’s why Elon doesn’t and won’t try a defamation suit against me, Marshall crows, “because in my challenge the overwhelming evidence against him is prevalent and obviously clear. If he tried to sue me, in court I would get him on the stand and slaughter him like a fattened hog in cross examination. Then I would counter sue him and make him pay for all of the deceptions and lies he’s engaged in.”
