Per 2006 data: According to a US Department of Justice report published in 2006, over 7.2 million people were at that time in prison, on probation, or on parole (released from prison with restrictions). That means roughly 1 in every 32 Americans are held by the justice system.

Internet activity, cell phones, email, Facebook, YouTube, blogs…etc… all tracked. All electronic transactions (except cash purchases) are tracked. If you use a cell phone, computer, debit card, credit card, have a lease, a mortgage, lease or finance a car,…etc etc.. they already know your habits.
RFID chips will just help consolidate the data already available and help coordinate your movement in real time.
