Noted below is an inspirational and encouraging link to a devotional (posted on YouTube) by one who has served in ministry for more than 30 years. The devotional is from the book of Nehemiah.

Here’s an important spiritual truth: God’s vision and plan for you is often, much larger than we tend to think. For example, I don’t believe David grew-up thinking that he would be the King of Israel, or that in time the Messiah would be known as the Son of David.

Often, we underestimate what God can do—and desires to do—for and through us.

I see this truth in the story of Nehimah. My prayer is that this brief devotional teaching will inspire and encourage you this day.
