Metall-Eating Man Who Consumed About One Kilogram Of Metal Daily

As amazing as it may sound, between 1959 and 1997 this man ate an estimated nine tons of metal.

Michel Lotito, also know as “Monsieur Mangetout,” which translated means “Mr. Eats All,” was a French-born “entertainer,” who passed away in June of 2007, just shortly after his 57th birthday.

He broke objects into small pieces and consumed them with lot amount of water.

Mr. Lotito’s metal-eating habits were forced upon him. He suffered from Pica, which is a medical condition that causes cravings to eat such things as dirt, glass and, apparently, anything metal.

Pica is a pattern of eating non-food materials, such as metal, clay, chalk, dirt or paper.
