Every once in awhile, if we are fortunate, we get to see a lunar eclipse. These beautiful occurrences happen whenever the Earth’s shadow blocks the sun’s light, which otherwise reflects off the moon. There are three types of lunar eclipses: partial, penumbral and total. A total lunar eclipse is the most rare to occur as the sun, moon and Earth must be perfectly lined up at a time when the moon is also full. At the peak of this particular eclipse the moon will appear blood red, making it the most breathtaking as well. Though on average there are 1.5 occurrences per year (some years up to 3 total eclipses can happen) you also have to be in the right place and hope there is no cloud cover. For the sake of this writing, there is a particular incidence of these blood red moons that make them even rarer.
And There Will Be Signs in the Sun, the Moon and the Stars
Our sovereign Creator and Sustainer has predetermined these blood red moons to indicate critical and important times in history; specifically, the “blood moon tetrad.” First of all, we know that God outlined his Holy Feast days for the Jewish people in Leviticus 23. These Jewish Feasts were not created by man but by the God of Israel. A blood moon tetrad (BMT) is when 4 consecutive total lunar eclipses occur on a Holy Feast day. There have been 7 BMTs since Jesus Christ’s first coming. What makes this even rarer is the fact that every single BMT has brought a significant event, accompanied by war, to the Jewish people within a year of the first or last eclipse of the tetrad. In the most recently noted BMTs we saw: 1949-1950 (1948 Israel becomes a state again, with the Israeli war armistice in 1949), and 1967-1968 (Jerusalem captured by Israel in 1967 as the result of the 6-day war). Of course, these were extremely important events related to Biblical prophecy and eschatology.
The next BMT occurs on Passover April 15, 2014, Tabernacles Oct. 8, 2014, Passover April 4, 2015 and Tabernacles Sep. 28, 2015. As well, there will be a total solar eclipse on March 20, 2015 the day of Jewish New Year and a partial solar eclipse on Sep. 13, 2015 on the Feast of Trumpets. Including Comet ISON’s perihelion on the 1st day of Hannukah, we have 7 “signs in the sun, moon and stars” falling on Jewish Holidays within a 2 year period. Let me also add, beginning Nov 2016, Jupiter the “King” planet will begin retrograde in Virgo for 41 weeks (approx. gestation period of a woman) exiting Sep 9, 2017; could this be synchronous to the Rev. 12 sign that has been noted by many students of prophecy to occur on Sep 23, 2017, and a celestial symbol of the imminent casting down of Satan to incarnate the man of sin? Just something to consider. Nonetheless, I think God is trying to show us something! “And God said, ‘Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night. And let them be for signs and for seasons, and for days and years…(Gen. 1:14).” Knowing how our God has used these tetrads throughout history to mark important events, it would only be wise to assume the same, especially in light of where we stand today, in the coming years. But what could we be looking for?
Interestingly, there were 19 years between the first eclipse of ’49-’50 tetrad and the last of the ’67-’68 tetrad, and 48 years between the ’67-’68 and ’14-’15 tetrad, and of course Israel became a nation again in 1948. It is commonly accepted that Israel becoming a nation again would mark the final generation that Jesus said “…shall not pass until all these things [end time prophetic events] have happened,” before his second coming. Some do not believe that Israel becoming a nation again in 1948 was a work by God (if you hold to this, make sure you study through, because saying something that is clearly the work of God is not, is blasphemy). Because the House of Israel is still in denial of Jesus as the Christ they have not been restored to God’s fellowship, but just because “pagan-Zionists/the Synagogue of Satan” are pushing for the control of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount does not mean that God is not using this time to fulfill his eschatological plan for judgment, and ultimately to bring salvation back to his chosen people. Remember, God allows everything to happen according to His sovereign purpose; God will fully restore his children to Zion, the world will know they are his chosen (the common view of replacement theology/supercessionism is a lie; yes we the Church are spiritual Israel, but God has an extraordinary redemption plan for Israel). One day they will mourn and say, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD (Matt 23:39).” You would be very wise to pray for them (and to pray for those who are witnessing towards them while the church, relatively speaking, at least in America, is utterly unconcerned about them).
Israel Laying Down for Deceptive Promises of “Peace and Safety”
As the other BMTs have been synchronous to war in/with Israel, I can only assume, as our current situation today is even foretelling, and also in the light of Scripture (Jer 30:6-9; Lk 21:20) that we are about to see a great war in Israel. I would also like to make the logical assumption that this BMT will mark the rebuilding of the temple that the Jews, and many pagan societies for that matter, have been so longing for, while also concurrent to the time of God’s judgment. 1948 Israel is born again; 1967 Jerusalem is controlled; and possibly here soon, the Temple Mount will be controlled. As we know by Daniel’s prophecy given by angel Gabriel, and Jesus’ confirmation of that future event, a covenant “with many” will be made for a “final week (7 years)” in which a temple will be built (Rev. 11:1-3) so that the Jews may resume sacrifices and offerings at the altar (they believe that they currently have no “atonement for sins” without the temple - though of course in their rejection of Jesus as the Christ, they do not have atonement regardless). Of course, half way through this time, the Antichrist will place the “abomination of desolation,” the image of the Beast at the “wing of the temple (holy place)” and declare himself as God (Dan. 9:27, Mt. 24:15, 2 Thess 2:4). Now Jesus also prophesied that the existing temple during the time of his first coming would be brought to ruins, every stone, and so it was in 70AD by the Roman General Titus under the rule of Nero. The Western Wall, however, was never brought down, it still remains and therefore it would not hurt to suggest that there is a possible total fulfillment still to come (Jesus often spoke in partial fulfillment of prophecy; i.e. Luke 4:16-22 Jesus only spoke half of Isaiah 61:2 before rolling up the text, indicating future fulfillment of the latter half of v2 – “…the day of vengeance of our God”). So, will an earthquake bring down the Western Wall? The approaching war? Do we really need a temple in the end times?

I believe this year 2013 is the year of the Rapture, and this is why…When Jesus died and spoke the words, “It is finished”, it was 53 days later that the Spirit of God came down to dwell with men. Hold that thought, and let us look at the 153 fish that were caught in the net in John 23:11; and this is the big revelation that God gave me last night…153 represents 3 jubilees plus 3 years. (50 x 3) +3. Since Jesus’ these are the Jubilees that have occurred. In 28 AD Israel had a jubilee, then it fell in 70AD. There were no Jubilees while they were dispersed. When Israel took possession of Jerusalem in 1968, the 1967-1968 year was Jubilee number 2. Now in 2017 there will be a Jubilee. I agree with this article that the Temple will begin being rebuilt in 2015. In 2017, at the time of the 3rd Jubilee, I believe the Antichrist will try to enter the new temple and proclaim himself to be their messiah. Then Israel ‘s eyes will be opened, and they will realize who their real messiah is. The number 17 is the Biblical number for spiritual perfection….Israel will be spiritually reborn in 2017. Then, 3 years later, at the end of 2020…. which is 53 years from the 6 day war(God finished his work in 6 days) just like 53 days after Jesus said it is finished….God will come down to dwell with men.. That makes this feast of Trumpets the one where we, the Church exit, and the tribulation starts.
The Blood moons are on Passover and Tabernacles- the First and the Last Feasts. It declares “Jesus” who is the Alpha and Omega, but it also declares a number. That number is 53. When Jesus died on Passover, He declared “It is finished”, then 53 days later on Tabernacles(Pentecost), God came down to dwell with men(Holy Spirit). From 1967 to 2020 is 53 years. In the six day war God “finished” His work, as in creation of the World, and 53 years later He will come down to dwell with men. This also agrees with the interpretation of the 153 fish which states that this means 3(50) Jubilees plus 3 years. Since that catch of fish, there has been 2 Jubilee years, AD28, and in 1967. The 3rd will happen in 2017, then add the 3 years and it is 2020. In John 21:1-14 were the story of the 153 fish is told, the story itself is prophetic. Jesus is on the shore. Peter(the Church) has to put on his robe(for he is naked) this is a picture of our putting on or being clothed with the incorruptible. Then he jumps in the water and goes to were Jesus is…this is the Rapture. The rest of those in the boat come together to the shore(thru the tribulation) and then God communes with them.

Funny thing about eschatology – anyone can “interpret” Biblical prophecy to mean whatever it is they want to mean, because there is no way to discern which parts were meant to be literal, or which parts were meant to be allegory or symbolic. In terms of supposed “signs” of the end, this current period is history is nothing compared to many others over the last two millennia. For instance, just think if you were a Christian living in Poland in 1938 — if the following seven years were not the Great Tribulation, then what has happened over the last couple of decades is Paradise by comparison.
Mark my words: your grandchildren’s grandchildren will live long and prosperous lives before the Apocalypse happens.
FYI, there are many valid Biblical reasons for denying that the creation of the 100% SECULAR nation called “Israel” is any kind of a fulfillment of prophecy. Why? Because the Jews have not yet repented as a people for the abominations for which YHVH Elohim ejected and banished them in the first place! Real simple. Does this mean that that event was not part of the plan and purpose of YHVH? Absolutely not. He used MANY pagan rulers for His eternal purposes, even referring to Nebuchadnezzar (Jeremiah 27:6) and his son, Nebuchadrezzar (Jeremiah 25:9 & 43:10), as “My servant” ! It is absolutely essential that the Jews rule at least a part of the Temple Mount, so that the Temple may be at least partially rebuilt, so that the AntiChrist can fulfill the prophecies concerning his entry therein. Does this mean that there is ANYTHING righteous about their rule? Absolutely not. Read Isaiah 28:14-22 to see what their fate is to be during “the time of Jacob’s trouble” a.k.a., “the Tribulation”. See also what the risen and glorified Lord Yeshua (and, by implication, his Father) thinks of the “fake Jews” in Revelation 2:9 & 3:9. For the serious student, we recommend all of Jeremiah Chapters 27-32. Make notes.

I am one who does not believe this was a true regathering. Get you head out of the sand. The Jews are only 1 tribe of 12. All Jews are Israelites, but not all Israelites are Jews. Those who say they are Jews are liars as per Rev2:9 and 3:9. The parable of the fig tree has nothing to do with 1948. Yehua was only saying that when you see the fig tree putting forth leaves, ye know summer is near. the same way that when you see the signs come to pass, you know they are near. Incidentally Luke mentioned the fig tree and all trees. The 2 sticks will not be joined back together until the regathering at the end and “David” (Yeshua) will rule over them. Is Yeshua ruling over the 2 houses of Israel right now? Nooooooooooooooo! You better re-read Ezekiel 37. You are the one who is in danger of blasphemy by calling the children of Satan God’s chosen ones.

an FYI about the ’49-50 Tetrad… don’t forget the Law of Return passed on 5 July 1950 that led to the regathering. It’s a big deal. And it fits within the Tetrad. I think May ’48 is also huge but technically it wasn’t official until into ’49.
