Stewart Rhodes Introduces ‘Molon Labe County Project’ To 3000 New York Gun Owners In Fiery Speech
New York - -(Ammoland.com)- Oath Keepers Founder Stewart Rhodes gave a fiery speech to approximately 3,000 New York gun owners, urging them to refuse to comply to the “SAFE Act,” to refuse to disarm, to nullify at every level.
He also urged them to make sure their county was a “Molon Labe” county, asking them “is your county a ‘come and take it’ county, or is it a ‘bend over and take it’ county? Which is it?! Find out now!”
He told them to make sure all the gun owners and veterans in their county are ready to stand up, and will commit to refuse to comply, and then go to the sheriff and the police chief of their town and put them on notice that they are expected to choose sides.
He told the crowd to use April 19, 2013, the upcoming anniversary of the battle of Lexington and Concord, in 1775, as the deadline for their sheriff, police chiefs [and all other oath sworn public servants] to choose sides – “are they patriots, or are they redcoats?”
At the rally Oath Keepers had the effigies of Cuomo, Schumer, Bloomberg, and other oath breaking traitors dressed up in red coats, with signs hanging around their necks saying “Oath Breaker,” “Red Coat” and “Traitor“.
Then retired New York State Police (Highway Patrol) officer John Wallace, a member of Oath Keepers, led thousands of New Yorkers in an oath renewal/oath taking ceremony, pledging to defend the Constitution and to not disarm.

I’ve never known an oathkeeper to do anything, especially active duty oathkeepers who still have to go along with whatever the rest are doing and keep their mouth shut about it or suffer the consequences. No Pat Tillmans in this organization.
Remember, nobody is above the law except lawyers, cops, sheriffs, congressmen, judges, foreigners, teachers, metermaids, mayors and all the alphabet soup organizations which are too numerous to name.

The constitution is a corporate charter for the USA inc. Nothing more, nothing less. These men think that the Bill of Rights and the constitution are the same thing… They’re not. In contract law, the BOR, Stands Under the Constitution. It has it’s own preamble and is not part of it. It is a non bearing non conforming addendum. Americans are not party to the constitution– Barron V city of Baltimore.
Your rights are detailed in the Laws of Nations ( Vattel) Which is referenced in the Declaration of Independence. When the time, or if the time comes to defend your rights. It becomes a personal decision as to whether you are willing to sacrifice your life for that right. Either way, you lose.

You sound like a typical college student that has learned ignorance from a liberal professor with an agenda. You are absolutely wrong in your analysis of the BOR and Constitution. Please take some time to inform yourself or don’t post comments that only confuse the issue…..it helps no one.
The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are one document, ratified together. In fact, the Constitution would never likely have been ratified at all had it not included the Bill of Rights. Furthermore, the Declaration of Independence is also considered a legal document and when appropriate it is taken into account with the Constitution when deciding both the intent of the Founders and the applicability of law to specific circumstances today.
And explain for us all again how we lose when we stand up for our rights? Perhaps you are of the ilk that Samuel Adams was describing when he said, “If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”
Enjoy your freedom, and remember that it was won on the battle field with the blood and sacrifice of those with more guts than you could ever hope to acquire.
The Constitution would never have been ratified if the Bill of Rights was not INCLUDED in it. It is one document containing two parts. In the Convention in NY on Wednesday the 4th of March 1779, second paragraph…
“…as Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as PART of the said Constitution.”
