Divide and conquer.
Divide and Conquer isn’t a particularly good strategy, because once you’ve conquered you either have to provide all the expensive policing, or else let the place descend into chaos, leaving it not worth the conquering. Much better is the good old British Empire method of Divide and Rule.
With Divide and Rule you insert a level of power above the current gangs/factions or whatever exists, and then grant favours to one or another and let them do all the donkey work of keeping the peasants in order, while creaming off 10% of the takings – or whatever you can get away with.
How this ties in with police brutality in NY I’m not too sure, but your phrase caught my attention. It seems to be an Americanism – “Divide and Conquer” No, no! Divide and Rule. It’s cheaper, more profitable, and is currently implemented in the USA itself, which is a two-party state – and that is a lot easier to control than a one party state.
Look what’s happening all over. We’re being told (by gov’t scare stories?) that the local police are getting BIG weapons. The police are probably being told that the people are getting scared and ready to rise up so the police need to accept these BIG weapons. The people are scared into getting weapons. The police are warned to keep the people pinned down more so to not let lawlessness escalate.
SO, both sides are warned against one another and armed. What will that lead to? Both sides having a massive fight. What will that lead to? An excuse for o’bama to have Martial Law put in place in more and more places so he can do it to the whole country.
Yeah, it’s just as with the banksters arming both sides to every war so everybody is used to make the war companies richer but this time it’s to kill off people and give the puppeteers more power through their puppets (o’bama and the like) doing the dirty work.
Headlined “Police kill … unarmed Civilians …”
I find that very odd. It pre-supposes that the police are not civilians. It implies that the NY Police are military. It conditions Americans to understand Police as military. It’s rather sinister, like dressing police in military camouflage. “Grover” – whoever he, she, or it may be – wants you to think of police as military. When military moves in you won’t notice the difference. I’m sorry, but that sort of banner just couldn’t be taken seriously in Europe. I’m trying to imagine a Daily Mail headline – “Police arrest three civilians after robbery.”
Whatever “Grovers” motives are, this is one guy you want to stay away from. King of Shambolics is eccentric; Grover is a serious creep.
Mankind is at a tipping point, will they continue to be maniipullated, bullied or will they hold the milanipulaters accountable. Sht runs down hill…those in the highest ranks are bullied & manipulated so they pass it down to the next in charge and so on the (supposedly) FREE people are the last link in that chain of comand.. Those pushing the buttons of All need to be removed/replaced ! Once done things will begin to change for the better. Love & light to all

Whoever said that, was it the police chief? deserves to be arrested tried and executed by a jury of his peers. for starters he should be removed from his office immediately.
