If terrorist were to strike the US which counties would be the most prone to attack? Rather shocking I discovered through a tipster, that such research does exist and low and behold 65 counties, of a total 3,143 counties, made it on the list.

Some absolute glaring paradoxes on their map, which shows that it’s an intelligence-comprised map that has no real association with real targets.
Sioux Falls South Dakota is home to more than one of the BIG BANKS’ CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS. Why is it rated so low? Why is Dallas-FW almost invisible, while Oklahoma City is a giant in comparison? Why is Miami under threat, when Atlanta is larger? Why are major Christian centers, like Memphis or Salt Lake City almost forgotten, while NYC glares above them all?
REAL terrorism would strike their enemy. Their enemy (assuming you are dealing with muslim extremists) would be Americans (hence D.C. as a target) or major Christian centers (like Salt Lake City, Memphis, other Southern cities, etc.) or world banking (Sioux Falls, Wall Street is a given, Seattle (or Redmond in particular), or Washington D.C. alternate, aka Kansas City Missouri or Denver, Colorado).
10-minutes of intel would give a REAL enemy a map that hits ACTUAL TARGETS, not just scares the sheep into hyper reaction that further entrenches a Socialist totalitarian government into deeper regimes within America. That THIS is what is happening CLEARLY indicates that ‘our terrorists are self-financed through our own Big Brother’.
Then again, our population can’t pry that PS3 controller out of their hands to actually see what is really happening in this nation, anyhow. Therefore, they deserve what is about to come their way.

It’s not really a “secret” file as it is right there on the University of Maryland’s web site. It might be easier to find though if one used the correct name of the document – “Hot Spots of Terrorism
and Other Crimes in the United States, 1970 to 2008.” Link is below.
What jumped out on glancing at the study is that the results are very, very heavily skewed by by the much higher levels of “terrorist incidents” in the early 70′s. The driving factors then can be much different than the dynamics of today.
Related to the above, the study also shows that the level of “terrorism” has been dropping since 1975. Since 1986 the number of incidents has mostly been under 50 annually, even by their bloated standards.
This study would have been much more relevant and useful if it had started with 1980 or 90. But BIG numbers get more attention and can be used to justify continued funding (remember, it’s always about the money.)
