Islamists Describe 'Mosque' at Ground Zero

The NYPost recently published a commentary by Amir Taheri, an Iranian-born activist and author (whose writings focus on the Middle Easter affairs and topics) that addresses the similarity of Islamic ancient history with the Islamic symbolism of today’s ‘Mosque at Ground Zero.’ (Link: www.nypost.com/p/news/local/islam_center_eerie_echo_of_ancient_iRTMW6TprkULnaA1Nqi9xM)

Mr. Taheri points out that most Americans do not understand the true purpose and symbolism that this specific mosque has to the Islamic world and why its planners insist that it remain at this location. In fact, it seems that Iman Feisal’s most recent US sponsored visit to the Middle East has only made him more convinced that the Mosque’s location must not be changed.

To the Muslim world this 13-story structure has become a symbol of first conquest and a place to advance future conquests. In spite of the fact that Iman Feisal, his wife Daisy Kahn, and the others in this project refer to the structure as an ‘Islamic Cultural Center,’ it is not. In Muslim nations it is being called a ‘rabat,’ a word that first appeared during the Prophet’s time. It literally interprets as ‘connector,’ but its tribal meaning is ‘a stronghold to advance future conquests.’

Tahari’s article introduces several Islamic words that are commonly being used in the Middle East to describe 9/11 and the Mosque at Ground Zero. They are words that Americans ought to become familiar with as they awaken to the dangers that radical Islam is bringing to the US. I have summarized them below.

Ghazvas (or Razzias): Designed to terrorize the infidels, convince them that their civilization is doomed and force them to submit to Islamic rule. The word ‘Ghazva’ is routinely used by Islamists to describe the 9/11 attacks in NY and Washington.

Ghazis: Is a participant in a ghazva, one who is a raider. This is a word that is routinely used by Islamists to describe the 9/11 terrorists. 

Rabat: The point of contact at the heart of the infidel’s territory that had been raided. Used to prepare for the next ghazva (razzia). Ground Zero Mosque will be a rabat.

Shahids: Martyrs. A word used routinely by Islamists for the 9/11 terrorists.

Cordoba: A southern Spanish city where Muslim rulers allowed Jews and Christians to live in peaceful coexistence without converting to Islam. However, these non-Muslims (Dhimmis) enjoyed state protection only by paying a tax. The mosque developers have dismissed the name Park51 to go back to their original mosque name, The Cordoba House.

Dhimmis (bonded ones): Jews and Christians that paid a poll tax in a religious apartheid system and were protected by the state.

With these words in mind one can imagine an Islamic newspaper describing 9/11 and the Ground Zero Mosque with the following headline:

‘9/11 Ghazvas Carried Out By 21 Ghazis and Shahids Has Been Successful.

Nine Years Later, The Cordoba Rabat to be Built in Hallowed Grounds Under the Protection of the Dhimmis of NYC.’
