Iranian Sanctions Effect Economy While Ballistic Missile Development Increases

It has almost been a year since the US abandoned Iran’s Nuclear Deal in May and the imposed some intense sanctions on Tehran. The damage on the economy is said to be destroying them more than a military war would.

Iran’s president on Monday described U.S. sanctions imposed on Iran as an economic war being waged on his country and stressed that “economic war is more difficult than military war.”

You would think that if this economic struggle right now was so bad, their leader would submit to the demands that were made by the US, but instead, they continue to up their ballistic missile development. Something that Trump wanted to be controlled in a new Deal that was denied.
