New York, September 26, 2011 – The National Conference on Jewish Affairs (NCJA) announced its repugnance at the moral equivalence employed by the Obama Administration, the majority of United Nations members, and most of the American media in casting the Prime Minister of the State of Israel and the president of the Hamas-controlled (i.e. terrorist-controlled) Palestinian Authority as equivalent in their aspirations for peace. 

According to Danny Danon, Deputy Speaker of the Israeli Knesset, President Obama conditioned his veto of the PA’s bid for U.N. recognition as a nation on Prime Minister Netanyahu’s agreement to approve continued US funding for the Palestinians. 

The NCJA has also condemned the conspicuous absence and silence of many Jewish establishment organization officials in the recent battle over a unilateral declaration of a sovereign Arab Palestinian state. 

“The NCJA stands firmly with Israel and her millions of supporters in the United States,” stated NCJA spokesperson Beth Gilinsky, “and will continue to be at the forefront of exposing the hypocrisy that emanates from any quarter, be it the media, the government of the United States, or fellow-travelers within the American Jewish community itself.”
