This event will drop a bit of snow … averaging the 2-3″ mark in most spots, higher for Cleveland’s forecast areas and Northern IN with lake effect snowbands. This band of snowfall will have wind gusts over 30+ mph …. Some areas will see 35 mph gusts, which is warning criteria … however because of the overall average of the area … The blizzard advisory looks good.
