Northern Plains – Severe storms will start across Nebraska (Central) this morning and should be ongoing through IA/SD/MN this afternoon.  A Severe Thunderstorm Watch may be required for through the morning hours.  By the afternoon, this MCS will be over MN, with a trailing front and possible supercell potential into Eastern NE and NW IA.  By evening, this large group of severe storms in IA/MN will be the largest in the country at that hour, with tornado, hail, damaging wind potential.  During the night, this moves east across WI, with back-building storms remaining across MN/IA.  A warm front from an ejecting upper low will bring severe storms across SD/ND/MT overnight.


Southern Plains – Severe storms are probable along the dryline in isolated form across West TX once again.


Florida – Seabreeze convergence zone will bring severe storms down Central Florida, with the convergence zone moving westward toward the West Coast and Tampa Bay areas through the evening.


Pacific Northwest – Scattered thunderstorms across the cascades likely, with storms up through MT/ID and North/Northeast WA State.


Midwest – Scattered thunderstorms through IL/IN/OH …


Northeast – Group of thunderstorms across PA/NY, moving eastward with the evening … at night making a run for the NYC areas.


Southwest – No activity
