This is just summer as usual in Phoenix. Yawn.
Normal does not = safe … as I always teach. Tornadoes are normal in Spring … but that does not mean it’s SAFE …
Then Phoenix is “unsafe” about once a week during the summer what with dust storms. Phoenix doesn’t get tornadoes. We do get dust devils, of which there will be about a half dozen within view on any summer afternoon on a drive through the desert.
