竹山鎮茶農曾錕山、陳素珍夫妻倆,每年冬至後就開始製作手工「黃金蔗糖」,以百年古法,用大鍋燒龍眼木,將甘蔗汁燒成蔗糖,過程中要不斷翻攪,一年就只有一個月的時間能產出6000斤蔗糖,是冬季限定「甜滋滋」…
