【茄子拌蒜】

材料:茄子4根,蒜粒3颗,香菜3棵

做法:

1 将茄子清洗干净,上蒸锅蒸软烂,晾凉后撕成条;

2 调味:将大蒜捣成泥,捣时候加适量盐调味;

3 将香菜切成末;

4 取一小碗,放入蒜泥和香菜末,淋入适量米醋、香油和花椒油;

5 搅拌均匀淋在茄子上拌匀即可开吃拉。
