炎炎夏日,暑热难挡。
总想吃些冰凉的东西来消消暑。
试试这款木瓜牛奶冻吧,消暑又养颜哦!

木瓜牛奶冻 

用料:木瓜一个,牛奶200毫升,白糖20克,吉利丁片2片; 

做法:
1.准备好原料,将木瓜洗净;
2.木瓜在顶部切开,用勺子将籽与瓤掏出不要;
3.白糖倒入牛奶中,小火煮开;
4.吉利丁片放入清水中稍微浸泡一下,将其泡软;
5.泡软后的吉利丁片捞出挤干水分,放入煮好的牛奶中,搅匀至吉利丁片融化,然后放凉;
6.放凉后的牛奶液倒入木瓜中,用保鲜膜封好,放入冰箱中冷藏两小时即可。

经验分享:吉利丁片不要浸泡太久,稍微泡一下就可以了,泡太久会融化;夏天气温高时可用冰水来浸泡;
