Newt Gingrich and His Idea of Jailing Judges
Newt was the Speaker of the House. His branch of government has been derelict in declaring war, enforcing the War Powers Act, maintaining a sane spending level, ensuring laws are constitutional and stopping the expansion of the unitary executive. We see that the House of Representatives has been derelict in all its responsibiliites.
No sooner had this stupid idea come out of Newtie’s mouth and had he taken his next breath than Michele Bachmann, another member of the House of Representative, supported this nonsense.
Yet, Newtie and Michelle want to usurp the judicial branch and give more authority to the House of Representatives, a branch of government that refuses to perform those responsibilites already assigned to it by the constitution.
What Newtie and Michelle want is a dictatorship and choas between the judicial and legislative branch so the executive branch can run roughshod over everything. Newtie is as deceitful and conniving as Obama and is not to be trusted. He is every bit as much an ego maniac as Obama.
As Newtie is a power whore and will sell out the people for the interests of the elite, when Newtie takes away more rights and Americans are stuck under National Defense Authorization Act 5.0, he wants to rest assured there is no court that can challege whatever goofy idea he is running with from week to week.
Although Newtie can baffle with his bull, is there anyone who thinks he is smarter than our founding fathers? The problem America faces is a lack of recognizing and understanding the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson and those who support the reunification of economic and personal liberty. Ron Paul says the two can not be separated and he is right.
What we need is three jealous branches of government counter-balancing each other instead of having a government where all three branches of government are aligned against the people.
What Newtie wants is for judges to be his minions for the purpose of carrying out his new weekly edicts so as to implement the zany ideas bouncing around the giant melon sitting above his shoulders. One is reminded of a monarchy having its judges act as judge, jury and executioner for the king. We all know how Americans felt about that system.
Is Ron Paul the only one who understands and will abide by the U.S. Constitution?
I have a better plan. How about if we try politicians, pundits and media elite for treason, war crimes and crimes against for lying the nation into war? How about if we hold the treasonous Federal Reserve accountable? How about if we execute any politician or judge who usurps the U.S. Constitution and we allow the people to decide via a jury? This is a much better idea than Newtie usurping the judicial branch and will better protect the liberties of the people.
