Morning Constitutional

Rocky, my black Labrador/Border Collie mix and I  took our morning Constitutional, we met neighbors enjoying their walk before the heat of the day.  In the Good Old Days, the Constitutional was taking a walk.  Just to take a walk is boring.  Why take a walk when you can take a Constitutional?

This is keeping our Constitution clearly in our daily conversation exercising our mind.  When we are taking our morning Constitutional we are exercising our body.  We exercise our Constitution as we need to exercise our mind and body.  For those asleep to this idea start slow; don’t hurt yourself now.

The excuse of opponents of our Constitution say it is outdated…does not apply to current times and why is that?  Everyone who serves in any official capacity in our government  must take the oath to uphold and to defend Our Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic.  If they have failed to honor their oath that does not mean Our Constitution is not relevant; it means they are the enemy of Our Constitution.  See, our Constitution limits the powers of government.  It does not give rights to citizens.  It does say that if anything is not allowed by limiting Constitutional sections it is left to the states or the people.

We, the People have not noticed their stealthy attacks on our Constitution and I think that is directly caused by not thinking about the important things.  Recently,  their attacks became most noticeable…we can not ignore it.  Even, our Supreme Court has got in on the attack on the Constitution most recently by not acknowledging the rights of trial by jury.

The Patriot Act, the NDAA even the FDA stating we have no right to know what we put into our food as long as Corporate profits would suffer if we were truly informed and decided not to purchase their poison.  There is actually a law that forbids farmers who do not use GMO from labeling their products non-gmo.  There is a measure on the ballot in California that will require GMO labeling.  The GMO corporations are already at work trying to get out of truthful labeling.

The GMO is protected by former President Bush and his power base.  They championed GMO…we know how harmful GMO is now and still learning its evils…and former President Bush cheerfully endorsed Romney, the candidate one of two paid by Goldman Saks and other corporates who have profit as their only real motive.   Former Vice President Cheney has not endorsed Romney but Haliburton has complete power over “private” prisons for profit.

President Obama is giving our country to countries known as not wanting our success such as China who are buying up energy rights while the getting is good.  Then, there is Russia, President Obama has actually giving Russia several islands off of Alaska…

I have not even gone into the Senate and Congress dirty deeds.  What does it take to realize our enemies do not live in caves; they are supported in taking over countries by our government.  They really think most of us believe all the lies?

There are rumors of eugenics efforts in our vaccines, in GMO, fluoride in our water and other products.  Hormones induced by chemicals making our men less manly and causing cancers.  This is beyond the pale of crimes against humanity.  People die but never should they die for the pleasure nor profit of pychopaths.  The idea is God gave man rights…God does not say Americans only.   Why does America always set up dictators?

This is a Republic.  This means be a fully informed juror and Grand Juror.

So, lets go on a morning Constitutional exercise for the body and the mind.  It’s a start until November 2012
