Man-Made Earthquake "Event" Slated To Strike California And Japan Before December 21, 2012

Based on the cumulative earthquake terror related data, it appears that a Fukushima like man-made earthquake/tsunami/nuclear type of “2012 Doomsday” event will strike the West coast of America and mainland Japan sometime prior to December 21, 2012.

With the recent exposure of the Jamaica Hurricane Plot, the Carmageddon Earthquake Plot and the San Diego Terror Plot, it appears that an earthquake “event” in California and Japan are next in line with the city of Tokyo and the San Onofre nuclear reactor, located between San Diego and Los Angeles, as the slated targets. While earthquakes are regarded as natural disasters by most, there is a growing amount of evidence which suggests that earthquakes are something far more sinister.

In April of 1997, U.S. Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen stated that governments “are engaging…in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves”. Although Cohen would like us to take him at his word, it is far more likely that his statements were part of military psychological operation (PSYOP) in order to draw attention away from the tried and true method of creating earthquakes: large amounts of underground or underwater explosives. A deeper look into the largest “natural disasters” of the past few years suggests there may be more to these “natural disasters” than originally thought.

1. FUKUSHIMA & SANDY MAN-MADE?

1.1: Fukushima Nuclear Disaster
The March 11, 2011, Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami may have actually been man-made. While HAARP is credited by many “conspiracy theorists” as the cause of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami, there is a growing movement which believes that underwater nuclear weapons or military grade explosives were used to essentially lift up the ocean off the coast of Japan, ultimately causing the massive and deadly tsunami. According to Japanese scientists, the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, which was also allegedly responsible for the Fukushima nuclear disaster, was actually the result of an underwater explosion. Even stranger, as with all airports used in the 9/11 attacks, Fukushima was also conveniently “secured” by Magna BSP, an Israeli security firm who was responsible for security at the nuclear power plant shortly before, during and after the  nuclear disaster. Questions as to why an Israeli security firm was responsible for Fukushima security continue to mount as multiple reports suggest that the nuclear plant was actually sabotaged by the Israeli firm who had been on the job less than a year. The Fukushima nuclear disaster also came exactly 33 days after the foiled Super Bowl XLV Nuclear Terror Plot, leading to widespread speculation that the event was a last minute nuclear terror substitute. 

1.2: Superstorm Sandy
Although Hurricane Sandy was only a Category 1 Hurricane, it had a storm surge equivalent to a tsunami which flooded parts of the East coast shoulder high and swamped the streets, subways and tunnels of New York City. Just prior to Sandy making landfall, it was reported on October 26, 2012, that the U.S. Navy had sent 24 naval vessels, including the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman, out to sea. If the storm was indeed a “superstorm”, why would the Navy send 24 ships out into harm’s way? Is it possible that the 24 Navy ships were in fact participating in a coordinated effort to rig shaped military grade explosives off the East coast of America that killed over 100 people and cost an estimated $20 billion? On November 7, 2012, MSNBC television host Chris Mathews stated that “I’m so glad we had that storm last week because I think the storm was one of those things. No, politically I should say. Not in terms of hurting people. The storm brought in possibilities for good politics”. Superstorm Sandy was the “October Surprise” that was ultimately used by Obama to grandstand and look presidential prior to the election. As former U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt once stated, “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way”.

Based on known weather weapons such as HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), chemtrails, cloud seeding and the approximate 50 year lag between military technology and public disclosure, it appears that the U.S. military and other government entities have the capability to not only create and strengthen hurricanes, but to steer and guide them with stunning precision. It wasn’t by accident that Hurricane Sandy made landfall on the Jersey Shore, a beach made famous by the #1 most watched MTV program ever. The Sandy attack was likely planned at least 6 years prior, right before the Jersey Shore debuted on MTV. Based on the direct hit and devastation of the Jersey Shore, there will now be 8 pop culture icons to pimp the global warming agenda to the MZV generation for the next 20 years. The declassified ability to steer and guide hurricanes was originally substantiated in 2007 when it was reported that scientists had made a breakthrough in the ability to guide and steer hurricanes. A year later, it was reported that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has funded a study to re-route hurricanes, clearly indicating that this technology is at the very least being pursued. Whether Hurricane Sandy was a cocktail of HAARP and underwater explosives deployed by the U.S. Navy is still unknown, but it was anything but natural.

2. EARTHQUAKE TERROR & PROPAGANDA

2.1. Recent Earthquakes
Since August 27, 2012, there have been at least 9 unprecedented major earthquakes, specifically off the Western coasts of the United States and South America. At least 6 of these coastal earthquakes have registered a 6.0 magnitude or higher, ultimately leading to the conclusion that a massive and very powerful earthquake is scheduled to make its appearance quite shortly.

2.2: Earth Cracking Up
In what appears to be a “2012 Doomsday” publicity stunt, it was reported on April 15, 2012, that a leading earthquake scientist has warned that the planet could be cracking up after a series of massive quakes in just 48 hours. According to earthquake expert Gheorghe Marmureanu of the National Institute of Earth Physics, 39 quakes have recently hit the globe within two days. Marmureanu based his finding on a series of events which had started with two massive quakes in Indonesia measuring 8.6 and 8.2 on the Richter scale rapidly followed by three more only slightly smaller in Mexico within hours.

2.3: “Fracking” Cover for Earthquake Black Ops?
If in fact underground or underwater explosives were the root cause of earthquakes, oil and gas drilling operations conducted by multinational corporations would provide the optimal cover for these covert operations. Under the term “fracking”, the National Research Council admitted as much on June 15, 2012, when it was reported that certain oil and gas operations can result in earthquakes. The report was quick to point out that the risk of earthquakes from hydraulic fracturing is generally low and that fracking was only found to have caused very small quakes of a 2.3 and 1.5 magnitude. These oil and gas drilling operations would enable the strategic placement of large amounts of explosive far beneath the earth’s surface that could theoretically be detonated at a later date via remote control.

2.4: Earthquake Science Suddenly Changed
In another “2012 Doomsday” publicity stunt, world renowned and peer reviewed earthquake science has been suddenly scrapped for new and laughable pseudoscience. On September 28, 2012, an article entitled, “Big Earthquakes Can Trigger Temblors Across Globe” was published in the San Diego Union Tribune. This shocking report essentially states that earthquake behavior has radically changed and that large earthquakes in one part of the globe can now trigger even larger secondary earthquakes elsewhere. This new theory goes against everything known about earthquakes, but provides cover for man-made, HAARP or explosive generated earthquakes. “If you asked any of us if this event is possible a year ago, we would have laughed at you,” said Thomas Heaton, a seismologist at the California Institute of Technology. “This was a really surprising finding,” said Fred Pollitz, a seismologist with the USGS and lead author of the paper. Although the behavior of the earth and earthquake science has allegedly changed, the plan to terrorize humanity under the cover of a natural disaster has not. Should this man-made earthquake operation go forward, expect a series of devastating and escalating earthquakes from California to Japan and beyond to follow in quick succession.

2.5: The Earthquake Show Trial
In October of 2012, an unprecedented earthquake show trial with no evidence was conducted in Italy. Although the underlying motives behind the mock trial are still unknown, it appears that the trial was conducted with the purpose of scaring seismologists from blowing the whistle on man-made earthquakes. On September 27, 2012, it was reported that six Italian scientists and one government official were facing prison terms for manslaughter for allegedly downplaying the risk of an upcoming earthquake. The earthquake in question occurred on April 6, 2009, when a 6.3 magnitude earthquake killed 309 residents in the town of L’Aquila, Italy. Although the trial began about a year ago, it was on hold until October 9, 2012, when the defense finally presented its closing arguments. Eventually, the six seismologists were ultimately convicted of manslaughter by the Italian court today for their role in the preparation of a risk report on seismic activity in L’Aquila, Italy. Initial reports indicate that the scientists have been sentenced to six years in prison.
 
3. TARGET # 1: CALIFORNIA COAST

3.1: San Onofre Nuclear Plant
California has two main nuclear reactors on its coastline: The Diablo Canyon Power Plant in San Luis Obispo County, and the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station in San Diego County. Should a Fukushima like “event” transpire off the California coast, both nuclear reactors could be targeted. That being said, there is a far greater likelihood that the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station will be attacked with state-sponsored terror and/or a man-made tsunami/earthquake simply based on the recent news and events surrounding the troubled nuclear reactor. On June 19, 2012, it was reported that “San Onofre nuclear plant could become California’s Fukushima”, and to date, there have several highly suspicious incidents surrounding the nuclear plant including a radiation leak on February 1, 2012, a radioactive gas escape on April 7, 2012,a hydrogen leak on October 23, 2012, and a 700,000-pound steam generator which was allegedly removed on November 5, 2012. On September 9, 2011, there was a massive power outage in San Diego whereby 1.4 million people lost electricity, exactly the same amount of people which lost electricity on February 1, 2012, when the San Onofre plant was shut down. Whether or not the blackout was a beta-test of the eventual San Onofre nuclear meltdown is unknown, but San Onofre appears fully prepared to go offline.

3.2: Nuclear Reactor Terror Imminent
Ever since the foiled Super Bowl nuclear terror plot on February 6, 2011, there have been at least 45 nuclear reactor “emergencies”, “closures”, “leaks” and other major incidents clearly setting the stage for coming nuclear reactor terror on an unimaginable scale. Complementing the unprecedented nuclear reactor emergencies are multiple cases of “terrorists” attempting to breach nuclear reactors, repeated lapses in nuclear reactor security, as well as countless propaganda articles indicating that a Fukushima-level event inside the United States is a foregone conclusion. It was also reported on December 13, 2011, that U.S. officials were investigating whether Iranian and Venezuelan diplomats in Mexico were involved in planned cyber attacks against U.S. targets, including nuclear power plants. Aside from blatant programming of the 2012 Hollywood nuclear reactor disaster film entitled “Chernobyl Diaries”, a recent Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) panel recommended that the U.S. government customize emergency plans for each of America’s 65 nuclear power plants, a change that would “expand” the standard 10-mile evacuation zone around U.S. nuclear reactors. The 2011 Fukushima disaster along with high profile cyber-attacks on Iran’s nuclear reactors by the U.S. and Israel has nuclear reactor terror blinking red on every level.

3.3: Earthquake Drill: The Great California ShakeOut!
Based on the annual earthquake drills California has been conducting over the last decades, the Golden State is more than ready for the “Big One” that could theoretically drop a piece of California right into the ocean. The annual Drop, Cover, and Hold On earthquake drill entitled the “Great California ShakeOut!” kicked-off on October 18, 2012. According to the official website, “more than 12.5 million people were registered in ShakeOut drills worldwide” and that “participating is a great way for your family or organization to be prepared to survive and recover quickly from big earthquakes.” Due to the hundreds if not thousands of earthquake drills that occurred worldwide on October 18, 2012, tens of millions of people have now been consciously and subconsciously programmed for the coming “2012 Doomsday” earthquakes.

3.4: Los Angeles Ready for Mayhem
If a nuclear disaster occurred at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station in San Diego County, rest assured the “nuclear fallout” would head straight for Los Angeles. In the few hours that it would take for the toxic cloud to arrive, L.A. would likely be plagued with riots, fires and looting as people would freak out in a major way. Aside from being ground zero in the Rodney King riots which started on April 29, 1992, the city of L.A. appears to be getting ready for major earthquakes, terror attack race riots and mayhem. On February 8, 2012, it was reported that the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) opened a new high-tech war room which “gives it eyes all over the city”. LAPD Chief Charlie Beck stated that “We are targets on our own soil…We have to be ready.” Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, the new intelligence hub is interestingly called RACR. Should any “natural disasters” strike Southern California, the LAPD will be ready.

4. TARGET # 2: TOKYO, JAPAN

4.1: 2012 Earthquakes in Japan
In 2012 alone, there have been at least 6 major earthquakes in Japan, from 5.2 to 7.0 with their respective epicenters deep in the ground off the coastlines of Japan, ultimately leading to the conclusion that a massive and very powerful earthquake is scheduled to make its appearance in Japan quite shortly.

4.2: Tokyo “Big One” Earthquake Propaganda
Beginning in 2012, there has been an unprecedented amount of news and propaganda surrounding future earthquakes in Japan, specifically the city of Tokyo. According to a January 2012 report from Japanese researchers at the University of Tokyo’s earthquake research institute, there is a 70 percent chance that a magnitude-seven earthquake will strike Tokyo within four years. The researchers later stated that Tokyo’s “Big One” earthquake with a magnitude of 7.3 occurred in the northern part of Tokyo Bay would ultimately cause 6,400 deaths, 160,000 injuries, approximately 471,000 homes and buildings to be destroyed, 96 million tons of waste would be instantly generated, millions of people would be homeless, more than one million households would be without water, gas, electricity and telephones, and the cost would be an estimated $1.45 trillion, about a third of Japan’s GDP. Obviously, this type of earthquake attack would bankrupt Japan. The National Police Agency and the Tokyo metropolitan government have already released a plan to “avert traffic chaos” in the event that a major 7.0 or larger earthquake hits Tokyo and the Kanto region by shutting down 52 roads in and out of Tokyo, ultimately trapping citizens inside the city with no possibility of gaining food, shelter or clean water. A report released in April of 2012 from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government stated that 9,600 people would die with nearly 150,000 injured if a mega-quake struck Tokyo, a disaster that would also “level large parts of the Japanese capital”.  In August of 2012, another report stated that a magnitude 9.0 earthquake in the Nankai Trough off Japan’s Pacific Coast could kill over 320,000 people. Based on these reports, it appears that a “2012 Doomsday” type earthquake scenario for Tokyo is a foregone conclusion.

4.3: Tokyo Earthquake Terror Drills
In 2012 alone, there have been 4 major earthquake terror drills in the Tokyo area. These earthquake terror drills include an earthquake disaster drill for commuters at three major railway stations and a department store, an earthquake disaster drill conducted by the Japan’s Self-Defense Force and the U.S. military involving around 5,000 military personnel, firefighters and police officers to familiarize participants with evacuation routes and supply distribution methods, an earthquake disaster drill conducted by Tokyo Electric Power Co. to “prepare for the chaos that will erupt when a major temblor hits the capital”, and a nationwide earthquake readiness drill based on the scenario of a magnitude 7.3 earthquake striking northern Tokyo Bay. According to reports, 387,000 people participated in the latter earthquake drills including Japanese government officials and the U.S. Air Force which teamed up with Japan’s Self-Defense Forces to practice logistic support plans. The drills came after the Japanese government reported that an estimated 323,000 people could be killed if a 9.0 earthquake hit Tokyo.

5. WEATHER WEAPONS

5.1: Weather Modification
Unbeknownst to most people, weather modification and geo-engineering are recent scientific phenomenon in which the weather (e.g. hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc. ) are ultimately created, changed or controlled by entities such as HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), cloud seeding, chemtrails and other classified weather modification technologies. Essentially, weather modification techniques allow for the origination, strengthening and control of massive weather systems, specifically tropical storms and hurricanes. In April of 1997, U.S. Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen stated that governments “are engaging… in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.” Secretary Cohen made the comments in 1997 at a conference on Terrorism, WMDs and U.S. Strategy in his official capacity as the acting U.S. Secretary of Defense.

5.2: HAARP
According to Wikipedia, “the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).” What Wikipedia fails to mention is that HAARP, as documented in this video, can allegedly be used as a weapon to guide weather systems and cause earthquakes. While HAARP gets credit from many conspiracy theorists for the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami, it is more likely that an underwater nuclear weapon was used to lift up the sea just off the Japanese coast which ultimately caused the unprecedented death and destruction.

5.3: Chemtrails
Although Wikipedia and most governments around the world still openly deny their existence, chemtrails have been discussed in government documents and various media propaganda for quite some time. Chemtrails, dispersed from military aircraft and drones, consists of “stratospheric aerosols” which add millions of tons of deadly aluminum, barium, strontium, polymers, and other substances into the atmosphere. Aside from poisoning humans, animals and the environment, chemtrails block out sunlight and dries out the atmosphere which can lead to extreme weather conditions and storms. According to the bill text of H.R.2977.IH, drafted by the 107th Congress during their 2001-2002 sessions, “chemtrails” are referred to as “exotic weapons systems” to be used in “space”, meaning “all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth”. A great 2010 documentary entitled “What In The World Are They Spraying” documents the chemtrail phenomenon, which gives new meaning to the term “climate change”.

5.4: Cloud Seeding
Cloud seeding is the process by which governments change the amount or type of precipitation that falls from clouds in a specific area or region. Cloud seeding is achieved by dispersing substances (chemtrails) into the air via airplanes and drones, that ultimately serves as cloud condensation or ice nuclei, which in turn alter the microphysical processes within the cloud. The general intent of cloud seeding is to increase or decrease precipitation as evidenced during the 2008 Beijing Olympics whereby the Chinese government admitted to trying to control the weather. While China is the most famous case to date, the act of chemtrailing, also known as cloud seeding, is an everyday occurrence in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.

CONCLUSION

An unprecedented “2012 Doomsday” type “natural disaster” earthquake event occurring simultaneously in California and Japan would give Obama the global tragedy that his administration has yet been unable to pull off. To date, there have been at least three Obama terror plots which have been foiled: The Super Bowl XLV nuclear terror plot, the 2012 New Year’s Eve dirty bomb plot, and the 2012 Democratic National Convention terror plot. After being caught red-handed on multiple occasions, the Obama Administration and its Zionist controllers are more desperate than ever to conduct major false-flag operations under the cover of “natural disasters”.
